I came in and met with the tax preparer who was just the best. He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. There was some info that he needed to finish my taxes that I didn't have with me, and he was closing the store in about an hour. Since I live 1 hour away, he offered to come in on Saturday, when they were closed, since I had mentioned I was coming up to the area on Saturday to see some friends. I was so surprised! I couldn't believe he would give up time on his day off just for me. When I was driving up on Saturday, I was a little late and called to let him know. He understood and waited for me. When I arrived, everything was 90% done. After I handed over the last info needed, everything got finished. He gave me some coupons to use for next year's taxes and to hand out to friends.
