I called to see ask about my windows since the seal on the inside of our double panel window was coming off. I thought I would need to get new windows but Mike said all I needed to do was to get new glass. He came to give me to estimate and do the measurements. Afterwards, the glass order is placed and another schedule is needed to do the work. Altogether, we got 5 windows repair. On the day of, Mike even fixed our sliding door! The door has been so hard to open over the past 18 years. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it right then there. The difference from before and after is literally night and day. Thank you for everything Mike.

The final result was exactly what I envisioned, if not better. The quality of their work impressed me so much that I brought them back to redo my kitchen cabinet fronts and convert them to glass as well. Once again, they delivered flawlessly. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall execution were top-notch. Throughout the entire process, Mike was communicative, professional, and very easy to work with. He was also fair and competitive with pricing, which made the experience even better. It's hard to find people who consistently deliver at this level, and Mike exceeded expectations every time. I highly recommend him and his team--you won't be disappointed.

From the beginning, they were both courteous and very open about the entire project. Everything from showing up when they said they would to dates for the window delivery and how long the project would take. Communication was great, and we were always updated on the day's plans and which rooms were being worked on. A highlight for me was that they laid down floor coverings and cleaned up afterwards. Matt and Brian made the whole project ZERO stress for us and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They came at the time we agreed upon and looked professional and welcoming. Prior to the job, they asked to make sure to locate the leak. Long story short, they determined through tests, the window was not leaking and the water intrusion was from another place above the window. Matt and Brian got to work to fix the issue. All I can say is these brothers are here to help you and NOT just scam you out of money for the sake of the job. If you need any window repair or installs, these are the guys you need to hire. I know for any future projects they will definitely be the ones to do it. I would give this business 10 stars if I could.

Paul's Windows

Montecito Heights

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.
