My experience: [[HIGHLIGHT]]So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... [[HIGHLIGHT]]They informed me when they were on the way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler. read more

I hate to give this a low review, but this company comes out and recommends vinyl French doors. Everyone knows it needs to be fiberglass or steel in mountain country, but I find out from my wife that he recommends vinyl doors because that's all they sell in regards to French doors. Then he recommends that the doors open outward at the main entry, which that usually is not how it works number one number two in snow country we would never be able to get out in a good storm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When my wife brings up the fact that we won't be able to get out, he suggests we should build some patio covers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Fortunately, we have done a lot of research and the other door companies who came out validated our research, so sadly, we will be going with another company. read more

I had the BEST experience with the team and Andes Windows and Doors (family owned and operated). Using Andes Windows and Doors is hands down the best decision you can make! We shopped around, and not only were they the most cost-effective company but also the most down-to-earth, non-pushy ones out there. We even compared apples to apples...same door manufacturer, same options...much lower price! I about had a panic attack when I got the estimate from the first company. So, when Andres came out, I asked for a quote on the bare minimum for just doors. After meeting him, I decided to have him at least give me the price on the shutters. What could it hurt? I got the quote and was so surprised it was nowhere near the others. Top that off with, he was not backing us into a corner to order the hardware from the door manufacturer...he said Home Depot/Lowes would be just as good and much less! After the door was installed in Jan 2025, we realized it came with a key lock, which was a downgrade from our original door that had a keypad lock. Right off the bat, I will be contacting them again for my next door/window project. My house is fairly old and my style is modern with a touch a home like feeling. I wanted my old sliding door replaced with something new and would bring in more natural lighting into my extended dining room. My estimation was quick. They're very responsive and we went through multiple variations of ideas/placement. Advise us to see their show room to understand how bifold doors work. Installation was a quick two day job. Right before Thanksgiving also! -They secure the workspace to prevent dust and debris. -They moved and rewiring of the light switches along with the outdoor light. -They lay paper down where they step indoors and clean up after themselves. -They make sure each owner of the house understand how to properly open and close our new door. The project was pricey, but not expensive. This cannot be DIY job, this is a leave it to the professionals. I don't regret my new doors, it was a good investment. From the minute I reached out to Andes Windows and Doors, they immediately responded. Unlike other companies that would not call back or told me the job was too small or would just send me an estimate via email- Andes responded to my house and gave me an estimate. They listened and wrote down everything I needed done for this job. We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of their workmanship and their response to our concerns and needs. Both Andres and Esteban were amazing. They are true professionals and care about the quality of work and their service. They totally knew their product 100% and spoke confidently. They installed a French door to our en suite, in which they converted the window into a large 58X95 beautiful door with Delta Frost glass. On the day of installation, they brought a large crew and the job was clean and smooth. It was all hands on deck.
