Frank remembered me and brought me right to the unit in the golf cart - no hoofing around trying to find my space - nice & clean & convenient. This is an excellent storage facility. I needed to store items for about a year; during that time, my rate did not go up. The location is well protected with fencing, a security system to enter and leave, and a setup that makes it very difficult for someone to wander around without being seen. The units were clean and solid. I didn't see anything in the entire facility that needed to be fixed. The gentleman I always dealt with, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, was polite and professional. He was very clear about the rules, gave me copies of everything I signed, and got in touch with me quickly when I left a message. He was also very careful about wearing a mask, staying a proper distance away, etc. read more

Fantastic! This storage place was so efficient. I used it for a month because it was convenient to my AirBnb. Frank is really fast at his job! He was so nice, too. I wanted to put my belongings up on crates and he was so kind to supply a couple he had laying around. The storage place is really clean, private and quiet. It's located in the middle of the Cape. Do NOT, under any circumstances take on a storage space here. Their business model is all about getting you into a space, and then raising the rent every 8 months. Mine was a 10 x 10 unit, and my rent increased from $120 to $220 in under 2 years. Not sure who's calling the shots here, but it's REALLY a 'money grubbing' outfit. This is definitely THE best storage facility on the Cape. Jim and Frank are very pleasant and know how to make you feel right at home. I would highly suggest storing your boat, car or valuables at this location. Whether near or far Dennis should be your final destination for storage needs. Like with a previous reviewer, my rent is about to be increased a 3rd time in the 2 years that I've been there. The deal I had from another facility was higher to start, but that one is now much cheaper. Dennis Mini Storage clearly entices customers in with a lower than market rate only to soon thereafter raise the rate way above market. I guess they figure people will take the path of least resistance and stay. I suppose it worked on me because I'm still there. I doubt I will be much longer, however. This is very shady business practice if you ask me! read more

Do NOT pay by auto charge to your credit card!!!!!! Despite proper notification to close my account, I continued to be charged. My credit card company finally agreed to Block their access. Pay by check and you will be fine! The place is clean and very secure read more

This place seemed pretty decent for the first year or so I was there. Then I got a rate increase that wasn't overly pleasing, but it was reasonable and understandable. Not long after that, I received notice that my price for a 5 X 5 unit would increase by what amounts to about 25%. This is totally unreasonable. I priced units at competitors and found comparable units that are significantly cheaper. The new price here is very clearly overpriced for the market area. I'm sure these guys are counting on people just accepting their exorbitant price increase and staying with them. Not me. I'm out of there. read more

Everything was great with this facility until they raised my rent 3 times in a year. I understand businesses need to make money and annual increases are understandable. But 3 times within the first year is a very poor business model and bad business. Dennis Mini Storage obviously depends on people not wanting to deal with the hassle of moving their things to a different location. Do your self a favor and avoid Dennis Mini Storage. Of course unless you want to have the Comcast experience at your local storage facility where your monthly cost is continually increasing over time. The longer your there, the more expensive it gets. read more
