My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

When I finally reached him by phone, he said that he forgot about it and that I should call during the week to set up another appointment. I called three times, left three voicemails. It took men 5 days to repair the pipe! owner called the day job was done and demanded payment of $2500. No 30 days to pay?!?! Guys would show up with no parts, then leave to get them and return 2 hours later! Guess who payed for their time? Then, they cut a pipe and I had to pay 50.% before they'd fix it! Another $1000, or more. It was unbelievable experience! They were the worst, leaving mud prints everywhere! Tough lesson to learn! Hoping others will not experience huge bills for minimal work!

I called Service Pros at 4pm. Kieth called me back within a 1/2 hour. He said he would stop by on his way home. He zeroed in on the problem, an electrical relay, replaced it and the house was cool by 6pm. His fee was very reasonable, so reasonable that I was willing to pay it rather than wait a week without air conditioning in 90 degree weather for it to be free with the service contract.
