REALLY disappointed!…read more I don't often leave reviews, but I feel the need to share one for this frustrating ENT practice. I had suspected I may have sleep apnea for several years and decided to finally get it checked out. I chose Northeast Atlanta ENT in Dacula to get their evaluation of my situation. I was given a home sleep study to complete, and I was told I needed to get at least five hours of sleep for the test to be valid. If I didn't get five hours of sleep, the office staff told me I could do a free retest. Well, I only got 3.5 hours of sleep after lying awake for a really long time. But they said based on the test results that I got 6 hours of sleep, which is simply not true. They believed the test "results" over their patient's word. I was told I don't have apnea and was offered no free retest, despite my repeated explanations that the test inaccurately indicated more sleep than I actually got, which skews the results. If you divide the number of apnea incidents that occurred in the test during the 3.5 hours I was actually asleep over 3.5 hours rather than 6, I likely do have apnea. So, after paying more than $800 out of pocket (including $40 for the staff to literally hand me the sleep study equipment and provide a two-minute explanation of how to use it) after my high-deductible insurance plan paid their small portion, I walked away with NOTHING but frustration and zero clarity on whether I actually have apnea or not. Oh, I can get a retest, they told me, but they'd have to charge me again. No thank you - not here. I have no interest in paying ANOTHER $800 for nothing. This practice is not at all concerned about my health; they are completely focused on their bottom line. I highly recommend going with another ENT practice if you want true patient-centered care that is going to accurately diagnose you. This place will leave you with empty pockets and disappointment.

They were patient and invested quite a bit of time to make sure she was satisfied. Joey and his family have given their all and showed great passion in ensuring her ability to adjust, which has been a task. With other health issues, she is now in a pair of aids that are really the only design she can manage, easier for her to put in and out, and rechargeable so charging is easier and she does not have to remember to change batteries, or listen for the signal. Their office called and told me that the appointment would be cancelled due to lack of a hearing test and lack of a referral. My insurance does not require a referral. Even though they conduct hearing tests at this office, they refused to see me. I am an existing patient but they were adamant that they would not honor the appointment. They won't ever have to worry about honoring any future appointments from me as none will be made. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this practice.

Never saw the doctor the first time I was there. Why do you need to select a doctor when you make an appointment online if you're not going to see them? He (not the one I selected) came in at the end of my second appointment and tried to make light of my problem, almost saying I didn't have a problem. That was the end of my involvement with this practice and I will never return.

They are in the Hamilton Mill area in the same shopping center as Kohl's next to Anytime Fitness. I recommend scheduling a time online. I checked in and they helped me right away. There were also 3-4 other kids waiting in the lobby. Registration was painless and the lady at registration was very nice and caring. The nurses at triage were great and helped me since I had two little with me. After his appointment, they let me stay in the room awhile to feed him while one of the nurses came in to entertain and walk my daughter around the halls to occupy her. We were only there in and out in an hour, even with me feeding my son. Now I can't say they will always have a short wait, but highly recommend getting a time online if you can to be seen immediately.

Made me feel like I was at a gas pump. Maybe this will be happening everywhere eventually, it just didn't give me a warm fuzzy. When you are ill, warm fuzzies are good medicine. I felt better when I got treated, then I would be asked if the service was OK then pay. This is minor though. The service after I paid was good. In each office is a plaque that gives a phone number if not completely satisfied. I definitely got value here. I will be back.
