Bought a flood car from them. They never disclosed that despite asking the owner's son and the mechanic they said went over the whole car if it had ever been in a flood or had any water damage. Mechanic said, "no, it just needed an oil change and I did that." Owner's son said, "no, it doesn't have a flood title." I should have caught that. I know that now. A flood title is only issued if the monetary damage exceeds a specific amount. So a car can have flood damage and not have a flood title. Drove it off the lot and that night the high beams weren't working. The next day the car was dead. It has a parasitic draw. Mechanic found rust in the steering column and mold on the floorboard. I was a chump. But maybe I can help someone else avoid these crooks.

I've referred countless friends because Patrick and team have earned my trust, something that's not always easy when looking for a place to get your car worked on. They've earned it by not only fixing/maintaining my vehicle at reasonable prices, but also because they've recommended NOT replacing things that don't need to be on several occasions. In an economy where you'd be apprehensive about a shop upcharging you as much as possible, this kind of honesty is truly refreshing!
