That said, some of the traditional dealership tactics and back-and-forth with management felt a bit outdated and made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Bright and early Monday morning I showed up at Carter's and Jake, the owner took great care of me. They worked as diligently and efficiently as they could and gave me updates all the way.
