I've been bringing my 2011 vehicle exclusively to Amazing Auto for more than 5 years for all…read moremanners of service: routine oil/filter changes, brake replacement, engine tuneups and of course issues related to wear and tear. My car was around 70k miles the the first time I brought it in according to an old invoice I found, and now it has about 160k miles on it and shows no signs of slowing down but if I do have issues, I know where to take it! I've referred countless friends because Patrick and team have earned my trust, something that's not always easy when looking for a place to get your car worked on. They've earned it by not only fixing/maintaining my vehicle at reasonable prices, but also because they've recommended NOT replacing things that don't need to be on several occasions. In an economy where you'd be apprehensive about a shop upcharging you as much as possible, this kind of honesty is truly refreshing! I won't hesitate to bring my car to Amazing Auto if I need my car fixed, and neither should you!!

They're ABSOLUTE CROOKS! My husband first took his car in to them 5/7/26 bc he felt vibration in…read morethe steering wheel at highway speeds. And ask them to fix a hose that connected to the windshield wiper reservoir. They charged him $73.00, told him the car was fine, and fixed nothing. 6/17/26, he takes the car back to the shop bc there's a knocking sound every time he goes over a bump, driveway, uneven surface, and reaches highway speeds. Told him they could have the car ready by the end of the day if he took it in first thing in the morning. You could argue it was his fault bc he didn't ask which day. He called them Wednesday, Thursday, and finally Friday afternoon before the shop closes, bc Patrick doesn't actually follow up with you unless you call. Told him it was ready and the bill was $948.88. Drove it home and he still noticed the knocking sound. Saturday morning it seemed worse. Unfortunately his work hours rotate so he wasn't able to take the car in until Wednesday; today. Luckily the shop, Brothers Alignment were able to help us. They fixed the issue under 2 hours and for $246.49. My husband is not big on complaining. However, I call it like I see it. The only amazing thing about this shop is the level of incompetence, no customer service, no actual mechanical service, and the price they charge for not fixing the problem. We have all the receipts & text invoices to verify the facts. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable auto shop.

I was on the hunt for parts to complete a fuel line fabrication on my project car. After several stops and time wasted, an employee at a competing store mentioned that North Lamar NAPA is the place to go. So off I went. Admittedly, every time I walked into the other auto parts stores, the employee's looked lost, even prior to my parts inquiry. One employee at a competing store, walked me over to the fuel filter section after I specifically asked for brass fuel line fittings, he had no clue what I was requesting. I guess all he understood was "fuel". Upon walking into this NAPA store, I immediately thought to myself finally, I have found home. This place was spot on. Several parts on display, large stock in the back and upstairs, and the employees looked like they were on their game. After a brief explanation of what I was attempting to fabricate, the employee searched for the fittings and we were able to piece together parts for my fuel line with success. This location has become my go to auto parts store, without fail.

My daughter and I were supposed to head to San Antonio to celebrate a friend's birthday. I found a gentleman who diagnosed the problem (broken regulator) but said I needed to find the part. Joey was at the third auto parts store I stopped at. I explained my dilemma and he asked if he could take a look at it. He was tenacious and didn't stop until he had physically pulled the window up and in place, and taped securely. I tried to pay him for his services but he refused.
