Turns out they added a lift to the purchase and brought the amount to $54. my mistake for not noticing it on the receipt because I ran in and out so fast. but now I get another email thanking me for purchasing some HID bulbs that I also did not purchase. I called and got the absolutely useless assistant manager. he claims there was no purchase when I'm looking at their thank you email and my bank account reveals the improper charge. the latest charge came yesterday and I have not been their but one time. instead of resolving the problem, now I'm forced to post this warning and file a fraud claim with my bank.

For over a year now, they keep giving him the run around and delaying their response hoping he will give up. He has put so much time, energy and money into trying to get some compensation from Autozone and they just don't seem to care. I heard similar stories from other people who bought defective parts from them, so I would be wary of buying auto parts from this location or any other Autozone.

I have a 2025 RAV4, and a strap from a bag became caught in the rear hatch. The hatch would not open, the interior lights would not turn off, and the vehicle beeped continuously while I was driving. I first contacted Toyota of Cedar Park, where I leased the vehicle, but they could not see me for almost a week and made no effort to take a quick look or offer any assistance. I then called Toyota of Round Rock. Although they were also fully booked, they told me to come in and they would see if they could work me in or at least take a look at the problem. I live in Leander, so it was nearly a 30 minute drive, but I was very grateful that they were willing to try to help. When I arrived, Eduardo was incredibly kind and understanding. He initially explained that they did not have any appointments available and that I might need to leave the vehicle overnight. However, when he saw how upset I was, he kindly offered to take a quick look himself. Within about 10 seconds, he identified the problem, pulled the trapped strap free, and everything was working perfectly again. What impressed me most was not simply that Eduardo fixed the problem so quickly. It was his compassion, patience, and willingness to help when I was stressed and unsure of what to do. He could easily have turned me away because they were fully booked, but instead, he took a moment to listen and assist me. I I was put off by the service department because they made it so for me to bring my Tundra in to have a technician evaluate a cracked windshield. The receptionist told me that I would have to leave my Tundra overnight to allow the technician to evaluate the windshield which would probably take less than 5 minutes. Not a good service experience. I talked to the folks at Cedar Park Toyota and they were much more helpful hands down.

Another employee quickly rushed to the door realizing that the other employee had screwed up and made a disastrous customer relations mistake. He unlocked and opened the door. He apologized and told me the reopening time in the morning. I thanked him and said, "I'm glad you came out because the other employee locked the door in my face." Earlier in the year I had a polar opposite experience with a different employee who couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant to work with. Therefore this review is an average of the two experiences. Georgetown, TX store (6255) employee "George" provided exceptional service going way above and…read morebeyond all expectations. My Honda CR-V battery died and I was unable to start the car which was parked in my garage. I took my truck to pick up a new battery. George provided advice on the best battery for the car. He then carried it out to my truck. He must have noticed the disabled veteran plates on the truck and asked if I was a veteran. When I replied affirmatively, he told me that Advance Auto Parts gave a military discount. He went back into the store and adjusted my receipt to give the discount. He then asked if I had someone to install the battery. When I said no, he volunteered to come to my house after work (on his own time) to install it for me. The store closed at 9pm and 20 minutes later he was at my house installing the battery. I sincerely appreciate George's efforts and customer-first attitude!
