We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

The install happened over the course of two days; there was a delay in their arrival on the first day, but that was understandable given that a big rainstorm had happened the previous day and many roads were closed. I had to meet them and get them to my house with back roads that luckily were open. The installation team completed the job mostly as expected. A part was not available and had to be installed at a later time, but that went flawlessly. About two months ago the generator reported an error. I was able to schedule a maintenance service with Monyer, though it was delayed as they were short-staffed. In spite of this, the technician arrived two weeks earlier than scheduled, much to my delight. His testing indicated a regulator needed to be replaced. Though it took some time, the office staff was able to accommodate my scheduling needs, and the part was installed yesterday under warranty. Much to my surprise, the generator has actually kicked on several times throughout the spring & summer following storms which caused power outages. In all cases the turnon & turnoff worked perfectly, and we actually had power when some of our neighbors did not. This left us wondering what had taken us so long to get such a generator installed. He not only serviced the furnace but spent a lot of time explaining the system to me and how to make it more productive. He even constructed a little "flap": out of duct tape and cardboard to seal the space where the filter in inserted. All this for no extra charge and with great patience. Shortly after each annual maintenance, it coincidentally seems to fails its weekly self-test. One of the receptionists is worthless -- rude and dismissive. It seems as though they are not interested in remedial maintenance -- only new installations and component replacements (no trouble-shooting). The technicians seem incompetent. They charge a ridiculous amount for each visit without a guarantee of repair. One time we had a failure because of mice eating the wires but the technician would not fix it because he was afraid of the mice.
