The staff is so friendly. Rosie the hostess was so helpful and kind. The food was good, we ordered breakfast and it was a normal wait time. The only downside was the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was food in the bathroom sink that was very off putting and the there wasn't a trash can near the door so you have to touch the handle. Also, there were a couple of flys in the restaurant. But other than that the service is the best in Roswell. One suggestion, have a busboy dedicated to not only clearing tables but always walking the floor to clean different areas of the dinner. And if you can repaint the interior, brown and burgundy is so 70s. read more

My pancakes and eggs came out cold, the ham luke warm and burnt on one side. Asked for a side of oatmeal that came out super watery, was offered no butter for the pancakes OR the oatmeal. My mother's meal the Fit Slam, was also served cold with a bowl of fruit that was borderline rotten. She asked for no banana's and under a small layer of grapes and strawberries was.... BANANAS. Not just a few, about a quarter cup. Our waitress was very friendly but after bringing our order, promptly forgot about us. The restaurant recently had the flooring in the dining area replaced but the interior is still dirty looking and has shades of 1980's everywhere. Not impressed at all, which is sad because I have fond memories of when the employees here cared about what they did. I won't be returning. read more

How can Denny's go wrong!?! Spent 12 hours in a car and we finally make it to Roswell! Yet when we come it's 2am and we're screwed because everything is closed, & we're starving! TA-DA denny's is open - run in quick order it to go and off we go to check in to our cheapy motel down the street for 5 hours only :( Food was delicious! Maybe it was the fact that we were in a car for 12 hours and delirious or maybe the food was actually delicious! We stopped in here for breakfast after another local breakfast joint was so crowded that the wait was going to be way too long, and I'm so glad we did! After a short wait, we were seated and saw that they had an unlimited cheesy eggs, hash browns, and pancakes for $6.99. We ordered two of those, two coffees, and my husband added bacon and sausage to his. The food was sooooo good! We honestly couldn't have had a better breakfast, and the total was under $25. We did leave a 50% tip (we love a bargain, but we're not cheap LOL) because our waitress, Barbara, was super attentive and great at her job. I do want to add that the manager, Cody, working the front was incredible! You could tell he loves his job and the customers who come through the doors. I enjoyed watching him interact with both the customers and the other workers. He was genuinely kind and friendly to everyone. There was nothing negative at all about this visit, and I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great breakfast with outstanding customer service. read more

I had lunch with my family at this Denny's restaurant. I was the unlucky customer that received food posining. Thankfully my family members didn't get the same meal meal as me ( T-Bone Steak). When I called to notify the manager of this recent event from the day before I was told he couldn't discuss it with me and hung up. I would think a business in the food industry would care about the quality of product they put out to the public. Avoid this restaurant unless you really want to go through the same hell I did. Presumably short staffed since I waited 5 minutes for anyone to greet and get me a table. Waitress was excellent but the food was cooled when delivered. The restroom was dirty; and more comparable to one you'd expect at a busy dive/grungy bar on a busy weekend. Mandatory mask signs up. But not enforced. I highly doubt adequate sanitation. Waitress cleaned the table but not the seats, and didn't wipe anything else that I saw. I'd go back - after COVID concerns are completely cleared. read more

Food wasn't bad but the restaurant was quite understaffed. Waited two and a half hours to get our food. Didn't get my toast, sausage or orange juice after asking twice. Lemonade tasted like water with a drop of lemon juice and were out of almost all food. Wouldn't go back anytime soon. read more

I typically have a usual at diners that I use a baseline to test the quality of what comes off their griddle and a bit more. On this occasion it was a late night, and I had strolled into Roswell with my buddy Daniel P. hungry as ever. Parking was easy to find, as a cop watched people driving off from the adjacent Applebees. Yeah, it's that kind of town. The delivery of the veggie omelet was rather quick, and came plentiful with hash browns. However, and for some reason, the English muffins took a while to arrive and were burnt. I can't why this was the case, but I had this "huh?" look across my face as the waiter dropped them off and left. While I simply scrapped the burnt part off, it wasn't a welcoming feeling. The omelet was what you expect, and quite delicious. Layered with a hump of tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, and cheese all between eggs, I was a happy camper. And what did I do afterwards at midnight because nothing else was open? Slept like a baby. Stay classy, Roswell. read more

Very disappointed upon arrival. Walked in and it took about 10 mins to even get greeted and not to mention it was not friendly at all. Simply got a "how many" not a welcome to Dennys I apologize for the wait or nothing. When we walked to a table to get seated we simply asked if we could get a booth instead and was rudely told we could wait till she wiped one down normally this wouldn't have upset me but she proceeded to take an order and left us standing in the middle of the restaurant and I was so embarrassed to just be left there with no direction as to what to do. Not to mention her tik tok leggings ridding up her butt very distasteful for a franchise to allow employees to wear leggings to work. I could understand the wait time to be seated seeing I manage 2 restaurants myself and can see the world is short staffed but the attitude after a simple request was completely uncalled for. I traveled 45 mins to come eat at this establishment and was beyond unimpressed. Service was terrible. I was here for an hour and a half before I received my food. Eggs we're raw. I was in the bathroom all night pooping.

Just had the worst experience here. We were waiting for one hour and still no meals. I had ordered coffee and had to go get it myself. The waitress never came back to see if anyone needed refills. Went to talk to the waitresses to see what was the hold up, she calls out a manager, Kylie, and all I got was excuses. We are short-handed, only have one cook...asked her why weren't we told they couldn't handle a party of eight, because they are "short-handed" and all she did was dodge the question. "What does that matter?" She says finally. I told her that way we could make an informed decision whether or not we wanted to wait for over an hour or go where we could actually be served. During these times local businesses are struggling and are eager to serve their customers. Not the Denny's here in Roswell limited dine-in open with maybe 4 customers. We walked in and were totally ignored. No one came out to seat us. Only by chance the waitress mentioned she'd be right with us. We waited as she served the very few that were there, and as she continued to have us wait as she was making tea. We end up leaving. We had excellent food/service across the street and were graciously greeted as we arrived. We felt like our business was more than welcome during these tough times. read more

Well it's a Denny's, so if it's a full set of teeth u want, don't come to late! The service is good but the kitchen is slow even when it's slow inside. One of my friends recommended Denny's breakfast or something, and I didn't know what to expect. Denny's and iHop, in my opinion, have always been really similar and kinda had my expectations held around that zone. Meaning, I wasn't anticipating much--maybe a little above average?? When I came in, the staff weren't really nice, and the place was a bit messy, like napkins splayed around the tables and crumbs leftover. The lady said it would be a 2 hour wait!! The place was a bit full, but some tables were open, and we waited, thinking they were overreacting a lot with the estimated wait. It took 5 hours in all, actually. We should have seen the signs and just left, but my group was really eager and were pretty psyched to have the food. I guess our waiter was okay, but slow, and we got our food really late. I had come around breakfast yet received food as a late lunch, like 2:00. Very bad. The pancakes my sister got were stale and cold, I had a bagel which was not great--cream cheese was packaged. My family and I had breakfast here on 31 August and unfortunately had "Rosario" as our server. She forgot half of our order which I had to ask her to remove from our check. No apology or offer to actually make it right. When she brought me a cup of chicken soup vice the bowl that I ordered, she argued with me and said the bowl was basically the same as a cup. What?!
