You can discern a lot about a breakfast restaurant by the ability of the chef or cook to execute a hollandaise sauce. After ordering one of my favorite dishes, eggs Benedict, I was sufficiently impressed with the hollandaise, as well as the perfection of the poached eggs and the quality of the ham! The biscuit was also incredible, maybe the best I've eaten outside of the Southeastern United States! The hash browns weren't browned, still in a slimy state and not my personal preference. But the quality was obvious. The servers aren't very attentive, leaving water glasses empty and taking significant time to bring the check or any takeout boxes. That cost Ivory Brunch one star. Lovely new breakfast/brunch eatery on Main street in Roswell. Small place but pleasant and service and food very good.

Me and my wife LOVED this place. It's not cheap but it also isn't exorbitant, but it is 100% WORTH IT. I had sirloin steak and eggs and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. I also had a waffle on the side and it was delicious. The food also was presented well, our plates were beautiful. Service was FAST too! I don't understand how they do it. 10/10 we are coming back for sure and bringing others! This is definitely our new favorite breakfast spot! read more

My friend and I were both out of town on business--me in Lubbock, TX, and her in Alamogordo, NM--so we picked Roswell as our halfway point and met at The Ivory Brunch House. Such a great decision. I ordered a mimosa and a build‑your‑own omelet with egg whites, peppers, onions, turkey bacon, and pepper jack cheese. The veggies were caramelized and charred perfectly, making it one of the best omelets I've had in a while. My friend loved her dish too. The place is bright, clean, and super cute. Parking is limited, but the closed business next door gives you extra room. My 2.5‑hour drive was completely worth it. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in Roswell--whether you're visiting, working, or just passing through. read more

When I came here, the place was packed, and the air and the smell just smelled delicious, and the waiters greeted us so politely, and it may have taken 20 minutes to get our seat, our waiter, pink hair, star shaped earings, was so so polite and unlike other people in other restraunts, she actually listened to us and she gave us upgrades in the meal when we asked and was very, very polite, and when she delivered our food, it smelled out of this world! The Ivory Brunch house was okay, I love brunch and absolutely love to try new brunch places but I just wasn't impressed. The menu was very traditional and it just seemed like stuff that I could make myself at home it was such a beautiful place with a menu that is so simple the service was good and the people were friendly which is why I still gave them 3 stars. It's a wonderful place for brunch.. much needed moderation for Roswell. It's pricey, it takes awhile to receive your food. But food is good, fresh and displayed well. My biggest disappointment is their terrible over priced coffee. If they improved their quality of coffee I'd come more frequently. read more

I was SOOO excited, Roswell does not have cute aesthetically pleasing places so I was super excited (look at my other reviews, I'm the brunch queen). Needles to say I was disappointed. I asked for creamer for my coffee, and they didn't have any, which I was like okay it's fine. I asked for milk, they said they had none. So how do they make pancakes and French toast? Anyway, that's beside the point. Everything is over priced and food was okay. We ended up splitting a croissant breakfast sandwich which was good. The restaurant is super clean, and the service was incredible. It was nice to go to a place in Roswell that gave you a real glass cup, real cloth napkins, and silverware. The plates were dressed and the meal was very nicely plated. The food was incredible, and definitely a step up in both taste and presentation. The plates have a generous amount of food, and the food tastes fresh, not like it has been sitting under a heat lamp to keep warm. Overpriced & Underwhelming - All Aesthetics, No Substance The Ivory Brunch House looks great on the outside, but don't let the aesthetics fool you... the food is a big letdown, especially for the price. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles for $18 and was shocked at what was served. It was one waffle cut into four pieces, each topped with half of a thin chicken tender, "clearly Tyson-style", reheated chicken. The whole plate felt like a microwaved attempt to look gourmet, but it was closer to something you'd throw together at home for a few bucks. My wife got the Turkey Bacon Swiss Sandwich, which was another disappointment. When it arrived, she asked where the turkey was, and the waitress casually explained that it was just "Turkey Bacon" and Swiss. After she sent it back, they added cold deli meat to it - still unimpressive. So for $14, she got two strips of turkey bacon, a slice of cheese, some cold lunch meat, and potato wedges. Again, something that should've been $7, tops. We left feeling like we paid for the vibe, not the food. If you're going just for Instagram photos or a cute brunch setting, maybe you'll enjoy it. But if you care about flavor, quality, or value -- this place misses the mark. read more

Okay, I am giving this review a little grace, it was their first weekend open. But one, hooray a brunch spot in Roswell! Two, Eggs Benny on the menu. Three the environment is energetic. Modern furniture, snappy music! My hubby got standard eggs bacon pancakes, which eggs were over easy cooked perfectly. He also said the pancakes were delicious. I have been waiting months for eggs Benedict. The muffin was crisp, the hollandaise sauce was spot on creamy, delicious. Okay here's where I am going easy on them.
