I called Vince on Monday to ask about paintless dent removal for my vehicle. He asked me to text him photos, along with the make, model, year, and my address, which I sent over right away. I waited all day because I really wanted to go with this company based on all the positive reviews, but unfortunately I never heard back. As of today, there's still been no response. I understand if someone is busy or unable to take on a job, but I would have appreciated a response letting me know either way so I could move forward with another company. OMGOSH where do I start! Vince at The Disappearing Dent is a LIFESAVER!!! My son put a dent in the hood of my Mercedes right in the center where there's a bar that runs through it. He was able to get in there from the inside and work around the bar to completely smooth out the dent. He didn't drill any holes and my paint is still in perfect condition. He took his time and you can really tell he has the 20 years experience that he says he has. Vince was THE NICEST guy and really calmed me down because this could have easily been a $1000 job at the body shop. Vince was incredibly honest and straight forward. I have a dent from a door ding above my rear wheel well on both sides. When Vince saw it, he knew right away that it was not possible to fix without removing the entire panel from the frame. I have a convertible Mercedes Benz and he had just tried to fix the same type of dent the day before and was unable to get around the frame that hoists the top up and down. He told me that he could give it a shot, and if unsuccessful, he would charge me a service fee, but suggested that I just leave it until I complete my lease return check inspection. I appreciated his complete honesty and advice as I believe many would just poke around, knowing that they couldn't fix my dents and then charge me a couple hundred dollars. Vince is such a professional, knowledgeable, and hard working guy. He fixed two dents on a Mustang I bought slightly used. The first dent I knew about when I bought it, then the second one happened in a parking lot. When Vince showed up, he was able to show me that the dealership I had bought the car from tried to do some shady work to try and patch up a dent that was near the second dent I had him there to fix. The car had multiple holes near the RR tire, that were exposed to all the elements. He fixed both dents I had asked him to fix and he also patched up the dealership's shady work as well.
