Vince was incredibly honest and straight forward. I have a dent from a door ding above my rear wheel well on both sides. When Vince saw it, he knew right away that it was not possible to fix without removing the entire panel from the frame. I have a convertible Mercedes Benz and he had just tried to fix the same type of dent the day before and was unable to get around the frame that hoists the top up and down. He told me that he could give it a shot, and if unsuccessful, he would charge me a service fee, but suggested that I just leave it until I complete my lease return check inspection. I appreciated his complete honesty and advice as I believe many would just poke around, knowing that they couldn't fix my dents and then charge me a couple hundred dollars.
