Over the last six years, I have had my Chrysler 300 fixed by them 3 times. Each time the car has…read morelooked as good as new when I picked it up. Two of the times were for minor body damage where they had to match the paint color. When I picked my car up, I couldn't tell where the damage had been even though I knew where it had been. The third time I was hit head- on from the driver's side to half the passenger side hood. Again, they did an excellent job. The car looked great! They are also very reasonably priced. My insurance company has accepted their estimates without question. Just as important, they have never talked down to me in a condensencing way. They are very courteous and polite, even when other men are gathered around. I will take my car back to them anytime it has a body problem. I also recommend them to anyone who needs to a body shop.

We were turning into the motel parking lot when someone rear-ended us and we needed to get a temporary fix on our car so we could get back on the road and have the more extensive work done closer to home. The desk clerk at the Ramada Inn recommended Carolina Auto Craft, so we took it there hoping they could do something to make it road-worthy, at least. They took the bumper clear off and taped the taillight in place, and when we went to pay them, they said "no charge". Unbelievable! They were just wonderful and kept telling us how bad they felt that this happened to us. The desk clerk told us he wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as they have always been completely honest in his dealings with them. We heartily agree! Highly recommended.

I rescheduled over the phone just days before,but I had not been contacted for this most recent change. I stated no one called she proceeded to tell me she called my husband he yelled at her & told her to never call back. So they rescheduled & did not reach out again. I said my husband would never fo that , she said he did and was very nasty.. I stated we received no call. She called me & my husband a liar. I admit I got upset & I said well this if F×!ked up. Then she called her managers both sided w her. Then I showed she had called the wrong number and she started to backtrack on statements. My husband number is listed on my estimate. She had the correct # just didn't call it. Then both managers proceeded to make me the villain. I started to cry my husband showed up proved he didn't get a call. We had driven 40 mins to drop car. The management & the woman at reception were in a word RUDE. ​​​

If we could give it a minus, we would…read more My wife brought her car in for two simple repairs. $400 later, a tank of gas later, and two days of waiting in their filthy waiting room - guess what? No repairs, no gas, and there isn't a darn thing we can do about it. Repair Number One: The mechanic kept saying to my wife that he couldn't explain to her what was wrong, but the truth is he was incompetent. Also, they ran the engine constantly while the mechanic walked off to work on other cars. Second Repair: They left her sitting in the filthy waiting room for hours and never even looked at the second repair. Their incompetent fix stopped immediately when she drove off their lot. Of course, she already paid them. Results: When she asked what the next step was they came up with a totally different diagnosis on the first repair which would cost another $300!!!!!!! The money is gone and she cannot afford another effort. Her words: If you are a woman, don't go here. Gee thanks guys, you really did a great job taking advantage of me. In the future, if you cannot repair someone's car just admit it and let them go to a mechanic who will actually repair the car.
