They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' For the color sheen, I'm afraid "glossy" is your only option if you want to save money. It makes sense because all the cars are glossy. They don't store "satin" or "matte" but you can order them if you pay more. I wanted satin but didn't feel like spending more. Glossy looks quite good! The turn around time is about a week. Overall, quite satisfied with the results. Just note the parking lot is full most of the time and avoid traffic hours. The road right outside this shop can get really jammed.
