I was involved in a car accident about 2 weeks ago which caused my hood to not be able to open and the grill was pushed in. I tried to fix the issue myself and I made the issue worse by mistakenly bending the tip of my hood back. And to top it off my battery died and I couldn't get under the hood to get a jump. I called around looking for a body shop and was able to find David at Best Auto. He was so nice and helpful. He got us in contact with a tow truck that charged us a GREAT price to tow my car from my house to Best Auto Body. After the car was delivered to the shop he started working on the car. The next day I had an estimate and it was a good and fair price. The process did not take long at all, I had my car back in the next two days. When I picked up my car it looked GREAT! I was so happy with the service and the job that was done. AND as an added bonus they cleaned my car INSIDE and OUT! I would definitely recommend Best Auto Body to anyone. The service is great, the people are nice and helpful and the work is outstanding! And on my birthday (one week later) someone backed into my car and smashed in the back passenger door of my car in. I called the insurance company and filed a claim. They originally suggested another body shop to take my car to but I insisted that they let me take it to best because of the great experience that I had before. David from Best Auto Body accepted the claim and I was able to bring the car in that day. While trying to get to Best Auto Body my car battery died again right before I was able to get to the shop. David and his guys came and helped me push my car across the street and into his shop. I was soooooo grateful! After all of the paperwork was done and it was time to go David called Enterprise to come and pick me up to get my rental car. I literally had nothing to worry about David had everything under control. Anyhow, I researched local auto body shops and visited two, Best Auto Body being one of them. They blew the competition out of the water by both price and reviews. The guys really know their stuff! I recently had a repair done by Best Auto, which is managed by David. The repair was a repainting of the rear bumper, which was done perfectly. I then realized that my backup sonar system, which alerts you if you are getting close to something in reverse gear, was not working. I decided to go to the Infiniti dealer for a diagnosis. They said that the sensors had been painted over when the repair was done, and that was the cause of the problem. But the dealer was wrong. David was able to isolate the problem at the one sensor that had been damaged when the rear bumper had the minor collision. Once that was replaced, the system worked again. They were able to arrange for me to come in for an estimate the same day I called. When I got back to work the estimate was in my email inbox. Best Auto Body did a great job repairing the right rear door and adjacent body on our Hyundai Genesis last week. They were responsive, courteous, well-organized, honest, speedy, and professional. They helped us to deal with the insurance company and rental car company, so that we never had to worry. They found additional damage that the insurance inspector hadn't spotted, and they proactively reached out to the insurance company to make sure that the claim was adjusted to reflect it. Dropped my car off on Jun 27th, 2013 to get some work done. I had managed to scrape the side of my car against a concrete pillar parking in the parking garage in my building. Best Auto Body gave me a great price on the estimate, said it would be ready on Tuesday and stuck to their word as to when it would be ready. The work is excellent, the price was great and they even dropped me off at the Metro station with no problem. I have nothing but good things to say. Used them for both insured and uninsured damage, and they were unbelievably conscientious for both cost and quality. The repairs looked great and were not expensive. When there was a minor glitch with the repair (something went wrong with re-connecting the back-up sensors on the bumper), there was no question about its being their problem to solve and not mine. This has been my go to auto shop since the new management change a couple years back. My car required extensive work for multiple days. I was given constant updates on the status, and even though they had ran into unexpected issues, everything seemed transparent and I was kept in the loop. When I got my car back, I noticed some minor problem that they have missed (not their fault since it wasn't discovered during the initial estimate), they promptly took care of it without raising any issue. Use these guys! I couldn't ask for better service or price, honestly. They have lower prices than anyone else in the area, in my experience and they do repairs right. I was hit from behind in my 2015 Subaru STi on the highway causing a lot of damage to the rear end. I couldn't tell there was every a dent in it. The paint was matched up and blended well enough that I could not see any difference between the repair and original body work. They did a great job for a great price. Look no further. This is where you want to go for auto body repair. I went off curb and damaged my front bumper. Took it here and nice young man came out to do estimate and fixed it instead! He popped bumper back in, glued it and put on new cleats. He said it wasn't permanent but looks great to me. He wouldn't take any money for his time and effort! What place does that?
