Dealing with her was like working with an old friend. I had brought in a car that my daughter wrecked and was paying out of pocket, so I wanted the repairs to be as inexpensive as possible. She gave me two quotes, one best case and one worst case scenario. The final bill came in under the best case scenario. They didn't do extra work because they could or to drive up the bill. They cared about me as a customer and did what was best for me. Honesty of this caliber is hard to find in the automotive repair industry.
