We were referred here by Tint Avenue when my car had pretty bad damage on the driver's side. They were awesome in giving us timely updates on the repair, and the end result was amazing! You can't even tell there was ever any damage there. Love that they kept us in the loop through the entire process. The waiting room is well spaced out and they offer cold sodas and water. Brought in Honda CR-V for rear end damage repair after collision. The folks at San Antonio collision are top notch. Were courteous and informed me of all the steps of the repair/claim process. Completed repairs 3 days ahead of schedule. Paint and repairs were very well done! There is excellent paint color match, panel gaps and fit and finish were impeccable. It took quite a while to fix my car, and they aren't great with keeping in touch with the customer, but dont let those things stop you from taking your car here. Conrad didn't allow the insurance companies go with non OEM parts that are sometimes of lower quality or don't fit (one reason for the delay) and he stopped me from picking up the vehicle twice because he inspected and reinspected and had things corrected until they looked PERFECT. Three days later I noticed a fog light went out again and he is already on it ordering a part and getting me scheduled for a same day fix. The finished product made it worth all the wait. read more

Had some undercarriage issues, and SA Collision Center was recommended. (We go through USAA.) Eli, my rep at SACC, and the entire staff were amazing! It took about 2.5 weeks from estimate to completion (due to supply chain issues) for parts then labor (of course) but I received periodic texts on progress and Eli told me to email if I had any big concerns. When I came in to pay, I listened to another agent discussing work with another client and I was impressed (again) with the agent's honesty about time, cost, and insurance companies to allow his client to make an informed choice. When I finally got my car back it was cleaned inside and out! If I need body work done again, I wouldn't hesitate to use SA Collision Center again! read more

I left a poor review for San Antonio Collision Center a few weeks ago. However, since my experience I have had a sincere discussion with the owner, Ramon. He acknowledged some of their issues and the areas that need improvement. That takes a stand up guy to admit they have problems. We discussed in detail the issues I had with my service, and he has vowed to address them, and make the appropriate changes in order to make future jobs go smoother. Because he had the integrity to call me regarding my disappointment in the service I received, I am revising my review for his company. I am impressed by this repair shop that was recommended by USAA. I originally chose it because it had the highest ratings on YELP and I was not disappointed. Eli kept me informed and was a great concierge through the process. All who came in contact with me followed current COVID recommendations and wore masks. The staff and particularly Eli were very professional. My car (which only had 2100 miles on it) was returned to me in a like-new state. Paint was matched perfectly and if the clear bra that was replace was a tiny bit off, it took some real hard looking to determine that. The car was impeccably detailed and positively glowed when I got it back. I found out that they did a mid-level polish on it, and it showed. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I hope to never wreck my car again, but if I do, I plan to return. Great people and great job! read more

San Antonio collision recently repaired my truck after an accident. Eli was fantastic the entire repair process. He gave me regular progress updates and fought with my insurance company to make sure I received nothing but original oem parts. Had a rear end collision on 3/13/16. SA Collision called and Eli Rodriguez was my service advisor. Great communication from Eli and I had a lot of questions. Initial estimate was detailed as was the final bill. The price went up during the final bill but SA Collision found more damage. Overall, really good experience and I would recommend them to everyone that needs a good collision shop. Upon return of my vehicle, it was detailed in and out....nice touch. My truck was back in my driveway by 4/4/23. This shop is a USAA preferred business (my insurance company) and I am glad. I would add that Samantha, the front office, was very nice too. Also, they have a nice waiting room with drinks and snacks. That is a bit above and beyond the normal shop. read more

My car was side swiped with damage to the front passenger bumper and back wheel cover. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon and was projected to get it back the following Monday - but I had it back by Friday evening. She looked brand spanking new and they even did a mild clean inside! Throughout the process San Antonio collision center updated me daily via text and called me three times throughout the week, it made me feel valued and comfortable as a customer. Our daughter got into a wreck and it left an bad eyesore! I do not recall going through such an easy process in getting our vehicle fixed.
