We have used Chris' services in the past, and were already very impressed with his work. He made a ding on the door of my wife's CX-5 disappear; but when the same car got a serious ding in the rear door due after being hit by the door of another car at Walmart, I was concerned even his superb skills wouldn't be able to fix it! Oh ye of little faith, we decided to let Chris take a look at it and he said he could fix it to "90%" and gave me a very reasonable quote. As the driver who caused the ding was paying out of pocket for the repair, we decided to see what Chris could do. In less than an hour, Chris made it disappear. I am not talking "tough to see" or "close to gone," but completely disappear! Honestly, I don't know how he did it! If I hadn't known there was a ding on the door, there's zero evidence it ever existed. It is amazing how much Chris can make what I thought would require an expensive body shop repair go away completely and at such a great price! Not only will we go back, but the guy who hit the door was so impressed with Chris' work, he asked for his info as well! Chris will be the first place we stop anytime we need such body work. I knew he was an expert on minor damage, but he has shown he is able to repair dents which I would have thought required completely removing the interior of the door to fix and a respray. I wish I had a "before" photo, but I wasn't there when the door got it; but here are "after" photos which shows what a great job Chris did! There was a quarter-sized dent and serious scuff marks on this door, I challenge you to tell me where they were! You simply cannot see where the damage was!! During the Christmas season, I attended a gathering and my 1-year-old truck was dented with no paint damage. I went to several collision places, and all wanted to charge over $1000 to include the painting of 3 panels. Woke up this morning a noticed I had a new nasty fender dent that I had somehow acquired in yesterday's travels. My Honda Accord is 15 years old and immaculate for its age. A neighbor recommended CS Paintless Dent Repair for our new car's first dent. Chris said he could make it look 80% better, but could not guarantee any more because there was a slight crease at the bottom of the dented area. We decided to see what he could do for the reasonable price he offered (less than our insurance deductible). He did an excellent job! That 80% looks more like a 95% to us. We both agreed that we can only find the imperfection because we know where it was in the "before" condition. Chris has been removing dents from my autos for years from small door dents, hail dents, hard corners dents, and to large bad dents. I take him a dent and then it is gone. If insurance is involved, I have Chris given me a cost estimate before I have the insurance provided me their estimate and he is always right on the mark.
