I am not always one to give out 5 stars as I tend to be critical and have good judgment of service, having worked many years in customer service. However, there's no reason for James to get anything less. I learned about Dent Ninja on yelp after taking my car to multiple auto body shops around town. At least 4 different shops told me they couldn't repair it and needed to replace the trunk lid and with labor I was getting estimates of $1600-$2100. .. No thanks. So I connected w/ James and I was able to book an appointment about a week out which was no big deal since I wasn't in a hurry and tells me that if he's kind of busy, that probably means he does good work. It was also very convenient that he was able to go to my work and work on it while I was working- really convenient. Bottom line- as you see in the pics it looks near brand new after his work. I didn't have to go through my insurance and paid what my deductible would have cost, not to mention I have a low deductible. Appreciate the work and professionalism too. Ment to write this much earlier but these guys are seriously great!! Had an early 80's corolla with very thin metal and these guys worked wonders. Came over on a Saturday morning and originally removed two dents, one on the rear p-side quarter panel and one on the front p-side fender. Guys were friendly and in good spirits! Me being me with my paranoid self with my old classic car, they talked with me during the process and answered any questions I threw at them. After looking at the car a little more, they went the extra mile and got a few dings out that we originally didn't talk about! Still paid the original quoted price and before I knew it they were gone as it was a much faster process than I thought it was going to be. Would recommend these guys to anyone! I had some work done on my 09 bmw 3 series, a quarter panel dent, and a ding right next to the taillight that I've always been dissatisfied with. Rating based on windshield damage* James was professional and it's obvious that he is an expert on what he does. I got a rock chip on my windshield that James repaired. What I liked most about his services is that he explains what he is doing every step of the way. It makes you feel better about the damage, lol. The repair was done in about 45 minutes. Don't buy a DIY glass repair kit to repair your windshield damage. You will end up spending just as much but without the professional expertise. It does not look 'perfect' like an autobody shop could get it for thousand's more, but my husband and I are very pleased! I managed to open my car door and hit a nice sharp metal corner on a mailbox that stretched my door panel leaving a small but DEEP dent in the door. James had me over after hours and put a lot of hard work into a very difficult job. His standards are so high, that even after he virtually restored the panel to it's original state (very difficult to do considering the character of my dent), he wouldn't let me pay him. read more

I was at VIP Motors finalizing a sale and the Dent Ninja was there doing some repairs. I asked him about a dent in my car and he said he could fix it however I didnt have time right then. He gave me his card and showed me another small dent in my car that had been there since I bought it new. I didnt realize it was a repairable dent at all. I was told by half a dozen PDR guys that the ding in my car couldn't be removed because of its location. I decided to go with Dent Ninja because I was confidently informed that removing it wouldn't be an issue. I was hesitant, but long story short, 90 minutes later I had to ask the previous location of the ding, because try as I might, I couldn't find a trace of it.
