Tipp worked on our two cars earlier in the week: one needed a repair to the damaged rear bumper, and the other needed a large dent (in the fender) removed. Tipp arrived on time, first thing in the morning as Debby indicated he would. He's a truly nice guy, and both he and Debby were pleasant to work with. He spent all morning and half the afternoon, working back and forth between the two cars. The end result: It's hard for us to believe, but you cannot tell either car had ever been damaged. The bumper repair: perfect. Same with the (large) dent removal. So I got a door ding and wanted it fixed so I looked around on yelp and found these guys. Had the best reviews so gave them a call. Had a difficult time making an appointment as they're really busy. Saw that as a good sign and tried a couple times and was finally able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule. Technician came out on time and was very courteous. He took a look at the dent and said he wouldnt be able to make it perfect as it was a sharp ding, but could improve it. I told him to go ahead with it and do the best he could. Took him about 30 min to get the job done. Went to look at it and was honestly a bit disappointed, but he said that was the best he could get it to, so what could I do. Took some pictures to show the before and after. Maybe i just need to bite the bullet and get it professionally repainted. read more

Ms. Debbie scheduled my appointment to meet Mr. Tip Weiss at the time and location I requested. Mr. Weiss arrived early and provided an estimated cost to repair. For $200 they fixed two dents and a bunch of little scratches. Looks 95% like new. Would have cost a ton more to paint the whole quarter panel at a body shop. The perfect touch pretty much embodies all the things you want out of any automotive experience. The owners are a husband and wife team that work really well together to make sure you're taken care of. Tip came out to take a look at my car earlier in the week to give me an estimate on the work. He said it would be a tough job but told me the cost up front and that I could expect about an 80% improvement on the damage that existed. He also said that if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge me a thing. Next week he came back for our scheduled appointment and worked extra hard to get all the dents out of my door and restored it to nearly brand new quality. On top of that, he went the extra mile to buff the door and touch up the paint with some paint he had from a previous job, all at no additional cost. We talked the entire time he was working and he's a very personable and professional guy. I felt really good handing over my money after the job was done, something you can't often say when you have to get work done on your car. As he was packing up I remembered that my friends car had some major paint swatches on it from a minor accident and asked Tip how much a repair job like that would cost. He grabbed a rag and some solution from his truck and within a minute the paint was gone and the doors looked nearly good as new. Tip Weise owns and operates Perfect Touch. He has been in business for 20 years and does a great job. I had a major dent in my back bumper. He came by my place and was able to repair it with a special heat lamp. The bump just disappeared as he was able to push it out.....and I had a few scratches on my back bumper and he was able to paint over them using the special black pearl paint of my car.
