They direct me to Airport Road Self-Storage across the street that has U-Haul authorized retailer sign hanging in the window. Today I bought packing supplies from another 'real' U-Haul retailer only to find that the materials I had bought from the store I was referred to by the U-Haul store had been marked up over 100% above the U-Haul prices. This feels like a bait and switch to me. 1). The U-Haul store advertised that they sell moving supplies 2). They refer me to another place that charges twice as much. They also provided a shuttle service to and from home since this was our only car. The shuttle drivers were all friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this business without hesitation. (The appraiser annoyingly kept calling my wife "young lady".) I had my doubts so we went to Carstar and they said the headlights were fine so I saved my insurance company about $1,100. About a year later, someone front ended our back bumper. Had the repair done at Carstar and then asked for a clay bar and waxing while they had it in the shop The price was around $300 but they decided to knock $80 off the price because the rear bumper was being replaced and did not need clay bar or waxing. That's honesty for you!
