My car was hit in a Safeway parking lot and of course no note was left! So sad. Just purchased the BMW X3 brand new the end of May. The person who hit the car damaged the front bumper and every panel on the passenger side. Difficult to see that both doors were badly scratched too! Sorry but we did not have such a good experience with this shop, which due to a # of delays, failed to notify insurer that new vehicle was totaled for one month from the date of the accident, for which was not at fault. Shop delays caused customer damages of having to pay rental car out of pocket costs due to exceeding generous insurance limit. Despite report that shop may do good work, would not use again due to poor customer service, will shop fully had within their control. read more

Got rear ended and the entire left back side was crushed. My car was almost totaled, but they specifically kept it below that price so I would be able to keep it. Showed me pictures of everything that was damaged inside and outside and were just very honest. Got it into the shop about two days after my crash and was finished in two weeks. read more

TLDR: If there's insurance involved and you can wait 2 months, sure give them a try. If you're paying out of pocket, go elsewhere. These guys are not here to help you out. The business model is to collect as much money from the insurance as possible. I get that - insurance companies are evil, so I honestly have no qualm with squeezing insurance for every penny. The service was prompt and professional, but they told me a lie that was so obviously BS that it just felt disrespectful. I made clear that there was no insurance involved and everything would be out of my pocket because I was the victim of a crime. They refused to do the repairs that would have gotten me legal and safe back on the road (~$1,100), ignoring all the cosmetic stuff. The total repair cost ($13,000) was worth their time. $1k of my business was not. Again, I get that - the have a 2 month backlog so they have plenty of business and would want to prioritize bigger jobs. What bummed me out was the phony excuse they gave me - they told me they couldn't repair my rear light and side panel because of the damage to the camper shell and the tailgate. Shell and tailgate have absolutely no physical or mechanical relationship with the lights and side panel. Even someone who doesn't know the first thing about cars could look at the vehicle and understand that they're being blown off. I did the work myself for $90. Didn't touch the camper shell or tailgate. Next time just be honest. If it weren't for that fib this would be a 5 star review. read more

11/10 if I could. This was the first service of any sort in a long time where it didn't feel like they were asking pointless questions and being tedious when getting information. They got straight to the point and I was on the phone with them for less than 5 minutes and i was already on the schedule for large auto repairs. They were also extremely friendly and professional. The work they do is amazing. Your car will look like it's brand new. Many times, after you get your car fixed you can see a wave in the paint, or the paint has a different shine. When they worked on our cars the shine looked like it was brand new and you couldn't see that there was ever anything that was fixed. We've had work done on a brand new car that got in an accident and they figured out the insurance made all the needed calls and followed up with us ASAP. The car looks brand new. A family member also had a little fender bender in a different car. I went in there right after it happened, and they gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was way less than I expected. Once they are done with your car, they clean everything up and it looks spotless. Now I want to bring my classic Mustang to them and have them do some touch-up restoration and panel straitening. They are professional as it gets. Everything is done on time and they have great customer service. One thing that especially stuck out to me was that the manager and everyone that works there are trained very well. They always smile and treat me with respect. We had our entire truck painted and spent thousands to do it, by this place and with in 6 years it us peeling up and spot chipping all over the place on the vehicle, and we BARELY drive this truck. It is shotty work and the worse paint job I have ever had from this company! I am very shocked and would never refer anyone to them again. I expected way more! We too have been going to Jerry's for decades, went to school with his children even. The work is not there anymore, took longer to get done than the originally stated and had rude staff. When our Range Rover got rear ended in stopped highway traffic, we brought it to Graham's and they did a perfect job on it. I dealt mostly with Dennis in the front of the shop but the rest of the team were just as professional and personable when I talked with them. After such a great customer experience, I was delighted when a teenager smashed my jaguar f type with his pickup truck in a parking lot and I had another opportunity to bring my business to them! After doing some research, I chose to contact Jerry Graham's Auto Body to schedule a pre-purchase inspection on a used BMW. They generously fit me into their schedule and did a VERY thorough inspection. The technician got on the ground, crawled around, opened all the doors, hood trunk etc., poked, prodded, sighted, and touched just about everything on the car. They also made a point of educating me on what to look for on any car. They were generous, courteous, professional and great to work with. Just picked up my car after having an accident with it on my way to work . It happened almost in front of Jerry's place so it was only logical to have him haul it over to his place!!! I needed about $8,000.00 worth of work done to it . I have to say this is the best place I have ever had to deal with in my life when it came to my car getting fixed. I took in my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a fender bender, what should of been a simple fix(rear bumper) turned out to be a sloppy job. I pointed out the issues (paint chips on both sides of bumper edges, unpainted surfaces, scratchy sanding marks on bumper which were painted over along with improperly installation of bumper moldings. I was told by shop manager they would take off bumper and repaint. Got it back again for the second time the main issues were corrected but sloppy painting on and around bumper proximity sensors. I was originally told they couldn't match the factory look on these after painting. This makes no sense aren't these guys Pros? These were done so bad one chipped off while I gently hand washed car two days after picking it up from shop, I also noticed some paint smudge had some-how splattered or smeared on the rear quarter panel of same vehicle. It's pretty upsetting when you take in your car for a repair and end up leaving with more issues. At this point not taking it back had enough. If you want quality work I strongly advise to go elsewhere, I wish I had. I am truly disappointed with the quality of the work over all. I say this because I was told twice vehicle was detailed and washed. When I got car back there were bug and bird droppings still on headlights and bumper from when I first brought it in. They can't even wash a car let alone detail and do what they said they would. I did notice the exterior did look like it was washed just done very poorly, as far as detailing I never saw any evidence of that. read more

From the moment I entered their office and met Dennis Beltran the manager, Jerry Graham and his wife I knew I was in good hands. After having my car restored to factory showroom looks they washed it and called me for pickup. The quality of work done here is the best I have ever seen. Having been a loyal customer of Jerry Graham for 20 years I was surprised by the way Dennis handled this situation. I took my car in for a repair to the right front bumper. No replacement parts, all scratches and a very small crease. When I picked up my car at the end of the day on a Friday. Driving away I noticed that a malfunction light on my dash related to the parking break and the airbag light was on. Manuel says to take to dealership right away. This was a friday night so I couldn't drive the car until Monday. The collision sensors were set off by the removal of the front bumper that JG removed as part of the repair. They refused to take responsibility for setting them off and paying the 78.00 charge for having them reset. Poor customer service in my book. I had to park my car for the entire weekend. Take off on a Monday morning to get to the dealership. Get a loaner car and pay this charge on top of it. I might add that the bill for the repair was 1230.00 which I paid in cash. Apparently they think they are above customer service therefore I will move down the street to Gunter-Madsen for future repairs. You may want to think twice before going to this business for repairs. read more
