We have a brand new 2021 Cadillac. While at a store one day, something or someone, managed to put two dents and multiple scratches on the hood of the car. Managed to back into my friends GMC Acadia with the spare tire on my Jeep Wrangler. Guess what, no damage to the Jeep. The Acadia however received considerable denting over the better half of the left side of the tailgate. Searched out Dent Solutions on Hamilton Rd., met Ed, the owner as well as the magician of dent removal, he looked at the mess I had made. (hadn't told my friend "girlfriend" yet) and discussed the process with me. Not a mere dent but involving critical body creases, curves, etc. Ed got me in right away and while I was waiting to be picked up, already heard the sounds of the masters hands at work. I was impressed by the several Porches and classic cars I saw that they were working on as well as the daily drivers. Also impressed with the facility. Picked the Acadia up the next morning, freshly washed. The tailgate showed absolutely no signs of being damaged. Ed met us and I was very impressed with the work. It was perfect. First wanted to say, I've used this company before and had good results. But the previous repairs were for paint-less dent removal and buff to remove scratches. Since I had good experiences before, decided to use them to repair my car from an accident. They were very helpful working with the insurance and setting the appointment to drop the car off. During the repair the front headlights were replaced, which I provided and included LED bulbs. After the OEM aftermarket lights were installed, my turn signals and wipers did not work. I was blamed by the owner and he stated he doesn't do electrical. We decided to take the car to dealership to determine the issue. The dealer did an diagnostic on the car and determined all of the switches on the steering column and the body control module were damaged. They also found water under the battery, on the passenger side floor and the body control module was soaked. They had a water intrusion expert came in and find the leak, the expert was not able to find a leak. He did remove the cowling under the wipers and found more water and determined the car was left out outside without it's cowling cover and it rained allowing the water to enter the car. This in turn damaged the Body Control module, which also damaged all of the switches. They tested the LED bulbs in the car and determined these did not damage the module. Actually the LED bulbs are still in the car and everything works after they were repaired at a cost of $1700 out of my pocket. I was not going to leave a review since the owner was nice but would not own up to causing the issue even with the information from the dealer on what caused the damage. But had to take the car back to the dealer from a different by related issue, it appears the bumper bar under the cover was just pulled out instead of being replaced as required to to the structural integrity of the bumper system. So at the end of the day the owner seems to be nice person, I would recommend them for minor Paint-less dent removal or scratch removal, but not for anything more than cosmetic repaired. I cannot recommend them for major body shop repairs. Lastly I'm not exactly sure what was actually repaired, I had to call for a invoice and I just got one with a final total, not a itemized invoice showing the cost of each item and what was done. read more

I was seen immediately and I was given a quote within minutes after it was inspected. After I brought my car in to be fixed it was fixed within 24 hours with a brand new bumper. I went to Dent Solutions for damage on my passenger side back panel and door, I was hoping it would be a simple fix. Unfortunately it wasn't but I half way knew that so Ed had one of people look at it they gave me an estimate which I thought was extremely fair I know the dealership would have charged much more. I had them repair it they handled all the paper work with my insurance company which was a great relief. When I dropped the car off I needed a ride back home Ed offered to take me home and was so nice about it. when I went to pick my car up I couldn't believe how great it looked, like brand new and it is more or less a brand new SUV so I was thrilled at how great it looked! The whole team was amazing. the repairs took 4 days not only did the outside look perfect but they vacuumed out my interior which is not easy because we have dogs and they get hair every where!
