They ordered and painted the hinge, then my wife brought the truck in and waited while they installed it. Everyone there was super nice to my wife and kids and to me. They did great work, and since I was paying out of pocket, they tried only replacing one hinge, when usually they just do both. The truck looks great again, my family had a good time waiting there (with a 9 and a 2 year old). If I need any body work again, I know where I'll be going. The bodywork was rubbing on the tire so I had to limp it over. When I got there they immediately went to work on the rear quarter panel. They got the taillight back in place and cut off a chunk of the quarter panel and got me back on the road in about 20 minutes. When I went in to pay for their time the gentleman wished me a Merry Christmas and shot a big smile. They have been very busy but made sure to help me and my family every time and answer all my questions. They work well with my insurance and the office is a family friendly area. I know they can be booked out but I can see why they are as they are the best in area in my opinion and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. They do great collision work along with hail repair.

I bet you money they took care of him/her even if they did make a mistake. Stuff like this happens. They forgot to put in one of my wheel well screws, I came back and they took care of it.
