I call at lunch time and no one knows what the status of our truck is. We drive to the shop to find the lift gate had been installed but they were waiting on a call back for parts on our other accessory. Not sure why these parts were not ordered in advance and ready to go being that we had scheduled this appointment three weeks in advance and when I offered to put a deposit down T&T declined. Business gets busy and it's frustrating dealing with vendors but I drove 700 miles round trip and lost a day of operating my own business, had to pay for another night's stay, and inevitably left without our truck being fully set up for work.

They did great work, and since I was paying out of pocket, they tried only replacing one hinge, when usually they just do both. The bodywork was rubbing on the tire so I had to limp it over. When I got there they immediately went to work on the rear quarter panel. They got the taillight back in place and cut off a chunk of the quarter panel and got me back on the road in about 20 minutes.
