Since it's an aluminum panel, I wasn't sure if it could be fixed without paint, but he was able to remove the dent completely using Paintless Dent Repair. The whole repair took about an hour, and you can't even tell there was ever any damage. The best part was the convenience. I called him one day, and he was at my office the next morning. He showed up on time, explained everything, and worked right in the parking lot while I was at work. I didn't have to file an insurance claim, there was no repainting, no body filler, and no Carfax history from the repair. Not only did ABW flawlessly fix my car, they handled everything with the other insurance company behind the scenes and I walked out the door without lifting a finger. I was shocked and deeply grateful. They made what I was turning into a very stressful situation easy. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

So JT fixed my Mercedes-Benz SLK 230 twice. He fixed a smaller dent in my right rear panel very well which was hit in a parking lot. It was the size of a football and had some deep scratches in the paint. It looks like it was never hit after he was done. I also had a dent in the right front that was put there by the previous owner and her garage and I always meant to get it fixed. JT was going to fix it in March when I first brought it in but he couldn't because it was too cold and he was afraid it would further chip the paint where there was a crack in the paint. He suggested waiting until the weather got warmer to try it. He warned me in advance before ever touching it that the front was more serious than it looked and might not be returned to 100% cosmetically. I assured him 98% was sufficient as 4 other dent repair places wouldn't even try to fix it after seeing it in person, not to mention traditional auto body shops that wanted to replace the fender and then spray paint into the hood and door which would never be exact. I decided on the 98% with old paint that matched the car. No option was ever going to make it perfect again and his paint-less dent repair option ended up the best possible outcome. Be prepared to work with him on time needed to repair. In my opinion he is the best, especially since he has extensive experience on MB vehicles. That is priceless. I opted to give him plenty of time with the car to get it right. I made other arrangements after insurance paid for a rental the first time. It was worth it to work with him on when and how long he needed to do the outstanding job he did. He was also very courteous in contacting me when he said he would and also drove me to the rental place and home to make things easier on me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Finally, his final price for both jobs was VERY reasonable and I felt like I got every penny's worth for what I spent. He was very much in line with other dent repair places but much more skilled and experienced. It was 98% or better. An overall outstanding outcome that I couldn't be happier about. JT does excellent work. I don't need to explain - and in fact I couldn't explain - the special sort of wizardry it takes to do PDR. JT's pricing was more than fair, and he went to some pretty miserable lengths to ensure my panels were straightened out. And I don't think it'd be fair to really detail how well they treated me with the service in addition to the work - I might set the bar too high, and pretty soon all of you will be expecting foot massages from JT. And he might do it. Highly recommended. read more

Great results with removing a motorcycle gas tank dent. I sent photos and was given an estimate over the phone. Took the bike in and it was given the careful attention that I was hoping for. My new Camaro put a dent in my Wife's XTS. There was red smudge paint in the dent and what looked like a very small scratch. Well, JT removed the dent, polished out the paint smudge and made the small scratch go away. Great job and FAST. My wife is happy, but I am still in the dog house. read more

She'd never had a nice car to drive, and she'd been patient until we could afford to help her. Two months later, it was pummeled by hail and it looked awful. It broke her heart, and it broke my heart to see her sad. We took her car to Billy at Dent Busters and they got on it immediately. They did an amazing job, removing the dents and making the car look fantastic, possibly better than when we bought it! They have some amazingly high-tech, and some surprisingly low-tech ways to remove the dents cause by hail, accidents, or other mishaps and they worked it over like surgeons looking for every ding or dent. Their service was quick and thorough, and they worked with my insurance company and me to make the process easy. They do quality work, at fair prices, and work efficiently. What more could I ask for? I found out this month. Even though it's been two years since the repair, my daughter connected with Billy to address a problem with the hood, a minor holdover issue from the dent repair. He was all over it, helped diagnose the problem, and got it addressed. He worked with me to get it repaired, something far above and beyond what I would have expected him to do so willingly and immediately. I realized that he's not only great at dent removal, he's a truly decent, honest, and kindhearted person. Billy's been in the PDR ("paintless dent removal") business for 27 years and at this point is running a smaller shop so he can give each vehicle personal attention. He's skilled, a class act, and an honest business owner. Clearly, because it's so rare these days to find stand-up people who go far above and beyond what's required, I was surprised and touched by his kindness and responsiveness to our issue. They did a great job and were honestly more helpful than my insurance company. Everyone thought for sure I'd be paying $2k for the work I needed, but it came in under $900 which includes my deductible. It was all repaired in less than one day. When I took my car by them to get the damage appraised, they informed me that it would take week for one of the main parts to be sent to them. They actually bolted my broken bumper back on to hold it in place so I didn't have to use a strap to tie it down. I thought that was really kind of them. Bonus: They have Willie the dog.

Sent JJ pics, and the vin of the car to confirm paint match, and he was out the next hour to fix it. Showed up promptly, had everything he needed to pop out the dent, buff ouf the scuffs and paint correct, and the finished up with a few layers of clear coat. He even patch up some paint scratches on another part of the car (unrelated to the initial damage) free of charge! The repair looks great, dent is about 99.9% home and the paint correction was perfect, totally invisible, did a very good blending it in and buffing it so there it looks stock from the factory. There is a tiny bit of a dent if you look really close, but he asked if I would prefer to leave it or fill it with body filler, I opted to leave it as it's basically invisible unless you look right at it. Saw there were some negative reviews, I am guessing that they had more severe damage that would require much more than just popping out the dent and paint correction, if you have sever damage, don't expect a mobile dent repair service to totally reshape a whole bumper. For small-moderate dents/scratches/scuffs, JJ is the man I'll be calling for now on. Also very reasonable price as well. Thanks JJ!
