The visit was scheduled with the understanding that a filling would be done; however, upon arrival, the provider stated she would "take a look," despite the same evaluation already occurring at a prior appointment. This led to confusion and frustration due to unclear communication regarding the purpose of the visit. During the appointment, a $5 copay was discussed for the first time. Copays should be communicated in advance, not on the day of service. Payment was not an issue, as cash was available, though Apple Pay was not accepted. This matter could have been addressed upon arrival or billed through insurance, as is commonly practiced. Additionally, the provider referenced a copay related to a prior oral surgery that took place at a completely different dental office, unrelated to this practice. This added to the confusion and felt inappropriate, as the services were not connected. Overall, the interaction lacked clear communication and professionalism. Patients rely on transparency, consistency, and respectful treatment, and unfortunately those expectations were not met. As a result of this experience, care was transferred to another dental provider.

Going in it has a very small waiting area with no receptionist which I thought was odd. My appointment was for 5:00pm and I didn't even get seen until nearly 6:30 pm. I noticed the very unkempt dentist didn't even have an assistant and also was very short with me after we did the exam. She simply said I had gingivitis and suggested to take care of some cavities and then told me to go elsewhere to pull my two cracked teeth. I was appauled. I went to another dentist the very next day and was told I did not have gingivitis and my teeth infact did not need to be pulled. I would NEVER go back and would suggest no one ever goes to this dentist.
