The cancellation had NOTHING to due with money! Marc may be a good Dentist but his "practice" SUCKS and his scheduling staff are insensitive LIARS. Avoid this DMD , he IS way overpriced and his staffs blatant disregard for the patient pain involved in their CHOSEN line of work make them unworthy of a profitable business and deserving of this terrible review. First of all, the office is clean, nice and calming! Low lighting, tv on a good channel and plenty of room to sit comfortably. The staff is absolutley excellent with knowledge, help and friendliness. We do not have the dental insurance that they accept, except through PPO. We, of course, have an HMO. I will be changing over when the time comes. In the meantime, the staff and Dr. have been able to give us information on the exact steps of care with importance that we need, so we can pay as we go! How awesome is that? Other dental offices, in our past, have just offered to cram us into a credit service. Yikes! Please, if you are searching for a lady dentist, you will find a sweetheart.... Dr. Miranda x! I've had a lot of experience with dentists, and Dr. Kenna is the only one that (I've learned) I don't have to be afraid of. I know whatever happens he's going to be kind, gentle, and he won't gouge my wallet. His hygienists and dental assistants are equally as gentle. This office is not specifically a pediatric dental office, but my kids had a great experience and the staff was very kind and good with kids. The office manager made it simple to schedule the appointments and didn't keep us waiting very long. In fact, they scheduled us at a time when 2 hygienists were working so that two could be cleaned at the same time, which was convenient for me time-wise. I was most impressed by Dr. Price, Zach, and the the rest of the staff at Trailhead. They were friendly, attentive, and patient while working with young children. The kids actually enjoyed the experience and were not at all put off or made nervous by anyone there. I will be recommending their office to friends and family in the future!
