Worst experience possible, this office sent me to collections for a mistake they made. I contacted the office several times, even went in personally and spoke with office staff. Unfortunately I do not think Dr Jarjoura is running this business. He also had a wonderful office manager named Sonja. Everything has been horribly upsetting. Out of no where I received a call from their biller. He basically told me I was going to collections and he would enjoy destroying my credit. Their new billing system is a complete mess. They are telling me I owe for teeth cleanings in 2015 for a child I took guardianship of a year later. Additionally, he was 3 years old at the time. They claim they cleaned his teeth in Feb. and again in Aug. They are saying teeth whitening never paid. I know I paid in full at time of service. This is from 2016. I never once received a statement. They have given me a print out it is pages upon pages. It contains even my adult children. This was our office for a very long time. They are saying that since we had an orthodontic treatment payments coming from our account monthly that statements would not print. This office collected fees at time of service. This has been their practice. It doesn't matter how good the dental team is. Having billing issues 9 years later is unacceptable. We have decided we can no longer do business here. Be careful. This morning I had a filling replaced. The hygienist, Otis S, took excellent care of me. Since I am handicapped, Otis treated me with kindness and helpfulness. He made me comfortable throughout the procedure. The new dentist, Dr. Ores sp. took his time and did a superior job on the filling. Both men are of great value to this dentist office. I have never had a bad experience here. Dr I is the best dentist I have ever been to. I had to have a bridge and root canal. I walk out of the office with no pain, no swelling and no problems eating. And the best part was I wasn't awake for it. I am scared to death of dentists. Dr J is the best by far. read more

Scam alert! They will say you need a plastic mouth guard and send their receptionist in the room to tell you they checked your insurance and you only owe $145. Then a month after you have the $700 piece of molded plastic, they call and say the insurance didn't cover it and blame it on you for not checking the insurance coverage. Complete fraud only out to make money not help the patients.. do not go here!!! read more

My wife and I have been going there almost ten years. Overall good work. Was amazed that when my wife had to cancel on a Monday due to sickness, that they charged us a $50 fee to reschedule. Yes, it was her second cancellation, the previous also due to illness. We are older and even had their "in house" insurance plan, but unwilling to give ten year customers a break due to illness. Never had this happen to us before in the 50 years we have been going to Dentist. Time to move on. read more

The dentistry first purchased Dr. Smith's practice on Hill Rd. I had been a patient there for many years. During my first routine cleaning, I was told that I needed a crown at $1,700. My insurance would pay 40%. So, I left them and joined Dr. Bryant's practice on S. Saginaw. During the next routine cleaning with full xrays, Dr. Bryant told me I did not need a crown. Fast forward a few years until these guys purchased Dr. Bryant's practice. Guest what, during the next routine cleaning, I was told I needed a crown, cost $1700. Mind you this was needed on a different tooth. I said I think about it and left. The following year, again I was told I needed a crown, mind you this time on yet another tooth. Of course I passed. This year again, the hygienist decided that I had a fractured tooth and needed a crown. But, then the dentist walked into the room and said I needed a crown on yet an entirely different tooth. I am not making this up. It is really so sad that these kinds of dentists have become just like car mechanics. They have ruined the reputation of dentistry. They just want to make money at any expense, even going as far as ruining a perfectly health tooth to put in an expensive crown. People should stay away from these guys. Shame on you. read more

I recently moved to the area and tried this place. There was a sign on the wall in the lobby that said the patient needs to call to confirm their own appt. a few days ahead of the appt. or they will assume you aren't coming and they may give your appt. to another patient and charge you a rescheduling fee. That was my first impression. The hygienist was nice but my teeth really hurt for the next day after my cleaning. I'm 53 and I have never experienced pain after a cleaning. It hurt to eat. I came back a week later to get a cavity filled and the vibes in the room with the dr. and the hygienist were very uncomfortable. I barely said anything and this was their first time meeting me, but I felt like they were tolerating me or resented me for being there -- like a disliked distant relative who dropped by for a 2 month stay without calling to say I was coming. Oddest vibes I have experienced and I know how to read a room. I decided that the 45 minute drive to see my old dentist is worth it. It was just really weird in there. It's all about them and not the patient. read more

Was new to the area and was having severe pain from an infection in a back tooth. I've had some pretty terrible experiences at a few different dentists offices so I'm always skeptical. Dr. J got me in immediately on a Saturday and had a very pleasant experience with him. He got the pain to subside right there and had me come back after infection was gone. Again I was pretty nervous but the dental assistants were so friendly and were so quick getting my X-rays taken. The first time I was seen for free and don't have dental insurance so that was a huge help. When I had to get the tooth pulled, Dr. J literally did it within seconds! I couldn't stop telling him how amazed I was at how gentle and quick he was. Plus, you can't beat their prices. Will only recommend friends and family to this office from here on out. Thank you DR. Only 3 Stars because...... Dr. J is amazing, but Dr. Ram is always trying to get me to do more work than necessary for cosmetic reasons, yes a beautiful smile is important to me but to try and get me to have crowns or caps put on my front teeth by telling me that there are cavity's forming behind my cosmetic bonding that Dr. J had just done the year before went way too far for me. Thank goodness Dr. J told me otherwise on a free consultation but this totally freaked me out and it was a waste of my time and energy...... Dr. J does great work. Go see Dr. J but stay away from Dr. Ram unless your wanting cosmetic work done and I can't honestly tell you if he does good work or not. From now on Dr. Ram is not allowed to inspect my teeth after a cleaning any more. read more

Modern, high-tech facility and a very professional staff. Before coming to Dental Care Team I had several very bad experiences with dental care that made me afraid to have any dental work done - even a simple cleaning. My wife eventually convinced me to try Dental Care Team, and I've never looked back. Everyone on the staff is very professional and always nice. Dr. Jarjoura, Dr. Ram, and Kristi (my usual hygienist) always make me feel at ease, do excellent work on my teeth, and make sure I fully understand everything that needs to be done. Edit: I removed a star because they stopped being an "in-network" provider for most PPO insurance. I was a bit upset that they didn't tell me this until after I had a bunch of work done and was handed a bill much larger than I was used to. read more

Visited Dr. Fayyad's office on S.Saginaw St in Grand Blanc. Unfortunately, my fears of going to the dentist were renewed. Received a shot directly to my nerve and a painful crown that fell out the next morning. The office was closed and no number was provided for an emergency dentist. As a result, had to wait and go back after the weekend. The office was unwilling to compensate me. Instead, they suggested I see another dentist with their dental care team. read more

Where do I start? The family atmosphere seems like a great place. From the moment I arrived at the Dental Care Team facility I was greeted at the door by Ashleigh's warm smile who within minutes had me headed to the back to be greeted by Julian, who helped me with a series of questions before she handed me to the tender caring hands of Beth who counted all my teeth for me as well as actually explained what all those numbers meant before she handed me off to Amber who prepped for what I thought was going to be an awful experience, yes the dreaded "ROOT CANAL!!!" I went to Dental Care Team as a 1st time patient with a toothache. Upon X-rays being taken I was told I needed 3 Root Canals done and after ins. paid our portion we were responsible for was over $5000! I went and got a 2nd opinion and was told by this dentist I did NOT in fact need ANY root canals done, I had an infection to which antibiotics fixed. I am so thankful I found this other dentist and he was up front and honest with me and I didn't scap up $5000 for work that DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE!!!! Would NOT recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!! read more
