Dentist refused to treat me, because he he wanted to take out all my teeth and I only had one bad tooth.

AVOID!!!!!!! They erroneously did not charge my 2nd dental insurance company and had me pay $3k. After looking into this further, the insurance company WOULD HAVE PAID, except they never billed them within the required 90 day timeframe. Then rather than credit me and write the difference off, the Owner started the spin "they never had the card" or "are not required to bill insurance", that they "were only doing me a favor to file". I had to show that I had proof they did have the insurance info and that MI laws says once they took my card THEY ARE IN FACT RESPONSIBLE to file and if they fail, they are responsible for the costs. I had to threaten small claims court before he credited me what insurance would have covered. ABSOLUTELY CONNIVING LYING SCUM. Zero stars read more

Made my appointment 6 months in advance (regular cleaning) and Confirmed with the office on the Wednesday prior to my appointment. When I showed up 10 mins early for my scheduled appointment I was told that my appointment had been cancelled. I asked who cancelled it and why but the office could not provide an answer. The receptionist went to ask if I could still be seen and came back to tell me I had to reschedule. Again she could not tell me why my appointment was cancelled but she could see in they system that I had confirmed date and time. read more

This place screwed me they purposely did not let me know they were put of network and used a 10% up front discount to get me to pay right away before either could realize my mistake then overcharged for a procedure they messed up twice. This office has very poor work ethics The dentist who owns the place thinks of dentistry as a business rather than a medical profession. Her staff would come to interrupt the dentist who is actively working on my teeth with my mouth wide open and numbed and the staff wanted to discuss with me the deductible and how much I should pay before I left the office . Despite my numb mouth and tongue I was able to tell the staff I will take care of any payment due before I leave the office. They stopped the rest of the treatment and wanted to come back another time. I told them that I took the day off to have the dental work done and my time is very limited. Their response was that the dentist took another patient and she won't be able to finish the work. Please note that I have good dental insurance coverage and my deductible is 50$ read more

One of the best experiences I've had with a dental office. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the first phone call I made on a Saturday to request an emergency appointment, to the initial visit that happened 2 days later. The Dentist and Endodontist quickly and thoroughly diagnosed my issue and started treatment immediately. They were very upfront with the costs involved, provided options and complete details on what was involved in my multi-visit treatment plan. Everyone in the office during my first and follow-up visits has been kind and caring , even when I had to cancel and re-schedule an appointment at the last minute. read more

Do not recommend for kids and definitely do not recommend unless you like to have your insurance charged for services that are garbage! The staff took X-rays. The dentist took one quick look in my 4 year olds mouth, and sent us home with a referral to a different office and a script for antibiotics. During the duration of his antibiotics, my youngest daughter had her turn in the dentist chair. SAME THING! As if this dentist cannot be bothered with little kids! Here is the icing on the cake. The new dental office needed the X-rays sent over since our insurance only covers them once every 6 months. The X-ray images were useless! We had to pay out of pocket for another X-ray so my son could finally get his tooth fixed! Now I get to dispute the charge for useless X-ray images and wonder if my 2 older kids should be seen by this other office as well! If the staff couldn't take a clear X-ray, to be followed by treatment, or be bothered with little kids, I have to question the outcome of my other kids visits (no cavities for them). Overall just disgusted and I will never take my kids back there! read more
