The receptionists, nurses, assistants and Dr Chinonis are all very friendly and skilled. I get great service every time and leave happy. They have all the most modern equipment. But I could tell from my daughters first appt that we have finally found a practice we can stay with. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the efficiency and level of care my daughter received. She had some anxiety from a bad experience at a previous dentist and was immediately put at ease here. She left with a smile on her face. I was back last week with my other daughter and again same scenario. I was impressed with the entire office and experience. The hygienist was wonderful with my daughter and I really liked Dr Brad and the amount of time he took answering questions we had especially since it was a little more of orthodontics questions than dental since my daughter was switched from braces to Invisalign recently. However he was happy to answer any questions because he said his main concern was my daughter having the best smile possible. That says a lot to me when a dr will take extra time and not make you feel rushed or like you are bothering them. It was important to me to find a practice that is family run and so I am very happy to find that with Drs Burau! I would recommend Drs Burau to anyone I know looking for a great dental experience. I've had severe dental issues in my mouth for over 5 years. Every place I went to wanted $4000 up front, and a total of $8000 to fix the problem. My insurance would only pay $1500. I'm on a fixed income and simply could not afford it. Thursday morning (08/31/2023) the bad things in my mouth blew up. The pain was unbearable. I called three different dentist offices and they NEVER asked about the problem or pain! It was all about my insurance, my debit card number, and my income. Finally, I called Dr. Leach's office. After explaining my pain, the only question I was asked was "How quickly can you get here!" 20 minutes later I was in the chair and getting worked on. Three abscessed teeth were removed. I was put on an antibiotic to treat the infection. I return on Thursday for the work to continue. Dr. Leach worked with me to arrange affordable payments for this service. They made an appointment for him the same day within the hour! I've never been able to get an appointment that quickly with my own dentist. They are true their claim that emergencies are seen the same day, even if you're not a regular patient. My dad ended up needing a root canal and he said Dr. Schmitt did a great job. He went back for a follow up in a week and Dr. Schmitt was very knowledgeable and able to answer all his questions. Highly recommended practice if you're in the market for a new dentist!

I came to Dr. Orzech with a serious infection and a failed surgery from another place…read more Dr. Orzech not only fixed and cared for the previous failed surgery which was done by another endodontist in another place, yet laid out a plan for the restoration, with multiple options to choose from. After the first surgery last year, which resulted a complete success, no further infection happened. I needed that before my out of country travel which was a lifesaving for me. Dr. Orzech is confident. In my age and experience, when someone talks big or blow her own horn, I would pick it up. She is confident in her talk, in her advice, in her actions. This is what I sensed, and also my gut feeling told me. Not to mentioned that my wife said: it always takes a woman to fix a man's mistake.
