Before writing this I read the six reviews. Because they were at two stars with six people riding reviews before I started this review. I was dumbfounded why they were so low. Cuz six stories doesn't really tell much. There is no business out there that has 100% perfect reviews. You're going to get a one-star experience here a two star experience here I really feel that there's no way around it. I have been to 12 different implant places and this was the last spot I visited. I was referred to them by my dentist because I was trying to find someone that does implants and impressions at the same place. Everything look very clean and professional. There was always customers waiting in and out in and out. Which is a great sign to me. He reigns our prices I was given for the work I needed done which is for schools to the top and five extractions range from $18,000 to 26,000. I was told by one of the nurses that the last Lady you speak to about payment arrangements does a great job of working with the customer. I had no idea what that meant. When I went to her office to talk about pricing of the work that I needed done we went over everything including what my dental insurance would pay. He came up with a plan that would take some money for my dental insurance for the year 2021 and the other half on the year 2022. We worked out the numbers and the price of my work was $8,800. I could not believe it. And honestly still can't. I was given a prescription to take a pill before procedure once it entered my system it felt like the best weed I ever had and that is honestly all I remember. The next thing I know I'm getting in the car with my wife not feeling any pain. I honestly never did. I am due to go next month to go get my actual denture. I am wearing the substitute and which I have been wearing that for the last 3 months. The procedure came out perfect and for someone who never smiles I am honestly loving my smile. For the first time and I don't know when. I have looked at others bad experience on the reviews here and that is not my experience and if you looking for quality work at great prices I highly would like recommend you give them a look see. Their Google reviews are much higher with actual pictures of patients so you should read the Google reviews also. This is the place I ended up going to after a long arduous journey. I had some issues with my teeth and was nervous about going to a new dentist. I tried this clinic out and absolutely loved it!! Sammee helped me with any insurance questions I had. She was fantastic! I wanted full mouth restoration (implants) and after meeting w over 20 different dentist, chose to go with Dr. Faber. It was a smooth surgery. The first night was uncomfortable, but very little pain after 24 hours. Minor swelling, but was able to resume normal activities after only 3 days of rest. I was impressed with the entire process and the staff is amazing. My roommate loved my new smile so much, he's getting partial implants to replace an old bridge. read more

I've never had such a terrible experience. Thought I was getting away from such. How can one company be stick on taking your money by any means necessary. The owner(Dr. Faber, with Dr Jackson, and Anthony) stand with 2 other workers with finger in your face making a threat trying to force you to sign final work papers, each time a preliminary was placed I had to drive 4 hr because each one broke. My husband had to ask if they were using shotty materials or shotty work. The threat prior to ABANDONMENT, yes ABANDONMENT! Was if I didn't sign the paperwork stating on June 5th I was pleased he was going to do anything. I've been through he'll from a tech. Stripping a post or something in my bone, and the doctor drawing up whatever in another room coming to administrator it into my gums not to mention later I'm telling him to rinse off the bridge before inserting it into my mouth after taking it outside the cubicle to get input from others . The process of most could have been dismissed if everything ( the full procedure) had been fully explained and people properly introduced. I only wanted to know what different could be done with my front teeth which i had planned to crown the front 2 because of my deep bite and I usually have them bonded; well my reply was to not have to worry with this matter and take them all out it would enhance my smile. I even said my bite is so hard I know I must have 1mm space opened so they don't hit together. Poor me not knowing or seeing what he saying , oh I'm going to open you up more than that , I'm going to do 8mm, you'll be good and wide. Various incidents went on for March to August 2024. I missed out on 3 summer events 1 being a cruise for 5 days with friends, and a convention. However they were determined to see me make one convention to AZ., with something in my mouth which were to be Zirconia dentures which Dr. JACKSON grind the teeth off trying to even a bite. Therefore I cannot chew properly on the right side it doesn't grind food it only pounds it into the bottom teeth. The bridge wasn't taken care of until August. Why? It seems that the person Brandon wouldn't be able to do a very good job so the decided to send it out to another lab. Did I mention Brandon asked me when coming to get a 2 in one step after a preliminary had broken if I could come back in 3 days because he had to get his wife someone had to be with the kids. Mind you I would never know he was married or had kids if he hadn't told me this while asking. I had to tell him I'm driving with my pet 4 hours one way which is hard on us . I listened to a few older people complaining about price and I heard so many all being told about the only situation to take care of their matter was to have implants done. Mind you he didn't know how the bridge would fit after coming in from another lab but Dr Jackson grinding the teeth off asking me to write everything I didn't like down on a blue sheet of paper I did so and dated it as well. He sent me on my way saying enjoy your trip to AZ. And let me know when you return what all I need to change. I did this as well and nothing ever happened. I become frustrated with on going headaches and gums feeling swollen inside my denture implant to no avail. I tried to negotiate toward some point of refund or half refund depending on the work done. These thieves couldn't do this I had to stop begging for appointment and being put on hold. I also had been taken of my job because of the discomfort and pain trying to eat. Well I could go on and on if you want to take a chance with this company you are at your own risk . I'm still going through. Although, I experience ABANDONMENT and still going through I did find someone to complete the work Now I'm trying to get the x-rays from the time the aboutment screw was stripped and the placement of my bridge after the the last day being in their office. Now if they didn't do them which I know Tony did take that finalim just trying to see what lie will be told. I'm looking for fair justice. Especially with ABANDONMENT and making a Threat with that doctor getting in my space probably trying to intimidate me to strike him or push his finger out of my face. ho read more

Been going back and forth now for almost 2 years to get a single implant and bridge took them 4 to 5 tries to try to match my color, I was just so tired of the back and forth I said even though the colors don't match it's close,I'm tired of all these different people in my mouth so I settled. Fast forward less then 6 months the implant came loose. So with dread I called to set up appointment to get fixed. The day I went they called me in the back to see what the problem was found out implant stud came out ,got to order another implant which will take 6 weeks. on that day after being in my mouth for several minutes the assistant had the sniffles less than 12 hours I was going to the doctor with a case of sore throat bad cough congestion, That place isn't clean or very sanitized some go in and out the rooms without changing gloves each time . It's all about the money thousands of dollars later this has been the worse experience ever. Would never recommend anyone to this facility. read more

It was and still is a struggle to write this review. I still want to preface it with the majority of the staff is some of the kindest most accommodating staff you will meet. However their hands are tied on most of the accommodations that can be made. The challenge is the dentist that does the implants is more times absent and unaware of the challenges. His team of doctors aren't experienced in implants but they will see you for follow ups. Once he is aware he is non commutative until you request monies back. Some services should be standard and come with warranty- but it appears that was void when I didn't want the more expensive service there due to the current issues not getting resolved. The office manager and the doctor aren't on the same page. The staff is limited in their knowledge with the equipment that is their selling point (3D printing) and the bulk of the staff isn't as familiar with the implant process as a couple of the members (2)- who are stretched extremely thin. I was given money back for a service that wasn't done there, which should be a no brainer but was offered no help for fixing what currently was a challenge- no warranty or delivery was mentioned, in fact I was told it was refused by the dentist and he had the office manager inform me- it wasn't until I threatened further action that I heard back from him and he would attempt to seem interested in finding resolve but would never follow up. He left me no choice but to seek other opinions and have to pay out of pocket for what should've been covered under this dentist. Bottom line is- most of us getting implants have had a long road of dental issues- so we are looking for compassion, knowledge and to be taken care of- the procedure isn't cheap and is time consuming. I hope this serves as a lesson for the dentist and office manager to revise their communication, how they treat their staff and their customers who's process is a bit more challenging. I went there for a second opinion and found out that there were treatment options that my former dentist never recommended, which will save me thousands of dollars. Complete disappointment. I am having a hard time comprehending why all your staff would not be masked when making a contact with a new patient. I was there for 4 implants for cosmetic reasons not because I was in pain and had to ask the staff member who saw me to mask up. My normal dentist Solomon Dentistry in Summerville gets it, (they do not do implants and their referral was backed up for 4 weeks) I am having a hard time understand why everyone would not be masked in this setting. This staff needs to have a serious counsel on the reason you should always stay masked and a patient should never be made to feel uncomfortable when someone is not masked. If you believe in the science of a mask, this might not be the best stop for you. read more

What disaster!!! This dental group has gone from being the best that I've ever gone to, to just another way station. Dr. Tommy Cantrell was not only the best at his profession but unique in his ability to put the patient at ease. When I was a kid I was having a wisdom removed and the dentist fractured my jaw bone. From this time forward I have been apprehensive of dentists. I just visited this establishment again and was I surprised to find that Dr. Cantrell was not there and had been replaced by a recent dental school graduate. The difference in quality of care, or should I say lack of quality care was more than evident. I was in for a simple adjustment on my lower plate. The dentist got the plate out, looked at it and then asked when I got the work done. I told the dentist about one and a half months ago. The dentist then told the technician go get my chart a find out when my work was done. The technician came back and said June 6th of 2021. To be honest, I was dumbfounded that the new dentist would insinuate that I had lied about the date of my getting my dental work done. There is no substitute for experience!!! Instead of just making the minor adjustments in house, they have sent my plate to a lab with myself walking around with missing teeth. To say that I am happy would be a misstatement. I am very apprehensive of my next visit when I get my plate back from the lab. As I previously stated the skill level has dissipated immensely. I am locked in an agreement to continue until my work is completed but to new patients, you have been warned!!! read more

My husband had work done at dental, dentures & implants. Owned and run by Dr Nathan Farber. we needed a upper denture lower partial and 6 extractions. We paid $1200 for the upper dentures which included a temporary and permanent denture ( to be made 4-6 months later ) The temporary upper denture was poorly made, it didn't line with the bottom adhesive had to be applied to keep it from falling out.after 2 1/2 months of this we insisted on having the permanent upper denture made.we had an appointment to have it started on Aug 12th. sadly, my 89 year old husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given a few weeks to live and with the help of Hospice he was brought home from the hospital. I called the dental office and requested my refund for the permanent denture that wasn't made. I was told that someone would get back to me , this happened several times but they never did Get back to me Finally I told the receptionist that I planned on going to the media , she checked with Dr Faber and he agreed to pay me my refund. They never did. i don't under people like him , is it greed or a complete lack of decency and honesty? Patients where Dr Faber last worked in Wasilla , Alaska labeled him a scammer. I guess some things never change. My husband passed a couple of weeks ago , so I have a lot to deal with but I wrote this review in the hope of Giving people a heads up pertaining to this company. read more
