Dr. Silverstein is surely competent but he is kind of pushy when it comes to doing what I would call "extras". I feel like we both walked away from our appointments having spent more money (upwards of $1,500 on mineralization, hardening treatments, root protectants, 2 partial fillings on my husband, and sealants. However, I really didn't like when they said that "dental insurance is more of a discount than actual insurance". I disagree, it may be less comprehensive than medical insurance but everything kind of felt like excuses. "We don't know if it'll be covered"... I've heard most of the dental practices in the area are kind of pushy so maybe this is the norm.

She said replacement would be between $150 to $200. I chose to have the tooth replaced. That was only 4 months ago. That tooth has again fallen out. Poor customer service, poor quality work.
