PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL DEPOT in Midwest City, OK My mother is a senior citizen went to Dental Depot & was told she need partials knowing her teeth were dangling from her gums. They told her she need partials upper & lower. On a visit she was told the lab work on her xrays were not clear....which I thought was interesting. These excuses have been going on since April 2026 & still my mother's partials which should have been dentures still have not been done, but they are steady taking her funds. My daughter went to dental depot last week with a tooth infection and they said they needed to extract a wisdom tooth and put her on antibiotics. They sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy and she spent 4 hours trying to get it sorted out before finally being able to find out where they sent it. Today she had the tooth extraction and went to pick up her pain medicine prescription and it's been an hour and a half and they still haven't sent the prescription and now they are closed. This is ridiculous!! We are going to have to find another way to get her through the night because their office staff can't properly submit a prescription. They clearly don't care about their patients. read more

I am a not a patient here , I called and made a new patient appointment and told the lady on the phone that I was pregnant and I could not get any x-rays done and I would bring a note from my doctor so they could have on file. She said that was fine. Just make sure I brought the note with me which I did . On the day of the appointment bright and early I showed up and was sat down in the seat. Had the paper draped around my neck only for them to tell me I needed to get x-rays first . I told them no and explained to them why and that I had a note from my doctor and they said ok Let me talk to the manager in the office and then the young girl came back and said that they couldn't clean my teeth today because the dental hygienist had called out, which I think is odd because they sat me down and placed the little napkin around my neck and told me to sit tight and then she said that they can reschedule me after I have my baby. I asked to speak to the manager in the office and a gentleman came and pretty much said the same thing I don't understand, though why I was not told this when I called to make an initial new patient appointment that is something that should've been told immediately so I didn't waste my time and then lie to me and say the hygienist called out so they can't see me . It was such an obvious lie . Well that was my unprofessional experience there so now I have to find another dentist in my area . read more

For years I had gone to this office. I had no complaints until I had three consecutive cleaning over a span of a year and a half (every 6 months) to which no dentist came in to do an exam. I thought it was a new policy that the hygienist would call in the dentist if she saw something during the cleaning or on x-rays. My next cleaning the dental assistant commented that I hadn't seen the doctor last appointment and I said that it wasn't the only time. Oops - she checked my chart again and her shocked face said it all. I thought to myself if I didn't see the doctor this time I would change dental offices. The doctor came in and did an exam and I thought we're back on track, we're all good. Nope, I had another cleaning recently and waited two hours in the chair. The hygienist and DA kept popping their heads in the room saying, "he still hasn't come in. I'll go tell him again" I finally left without see the dentist and will be looking for a new dental office. read more

Been sitting here TWO hours after our appointment time for my 7 year old child. Been on gas and numbed about 45 mins ago. How scary is the dentist without the horrifying anticipation of what's going to happen and when. I'm trying to be patient but the assistant across the hall complains about working with a bad attitude. I will never step foot back in here again. No one is checking on my child. Bryanna the hygienist (I'm assuming) was amazing and treated my daughter with the care and compassion she deserves. That's it. My one star goes only to her. Also, nasty utensils from a previous patient laying around. Makes me wonder how well cleaned the room is. Worst experience by far I've ever had on a health service related issue. For a fairly routine service of replacing a crown, it was 7 visits, 3 permanent crowns before this most recent one was put on (time will tell if it stays on), 4 temporary crowns, and other issues. During the 7 office visits, had at least 6 different dental assistants involved. Over half of them were very inexperienced and incompetent. This particular office delegates far too much to the inexperienced assistants without needed oversight. Dealt with the office manager/supervisor on two occasions during this ordeal. He primary interest--getting paid! Find somewhere else for your dental work. read more

These people are the most incompetent group of office personnel I've EVER had to deal with. Two months ago, I took my granddaughter in for her appointment & they said that I couldn't have any more appointments, because I missed an appointment, this last summer. I asked when? Since I'm the only one taking them. They responded with an appointment, that I had never made. After They cleaned up THEIR mess, I finally got my granddaughter into her ACTUAL appointment. Now I went in to take my 13-year-old grandson, in for a 11:30 am appointment. At 11:15am I was told that I missed our appointment. When I asked them they said I had an 11:00am appointment & that they don't schedule 11:30am appointments. I left called my wife and asked her what time was Levi's last appointment & She said you guessed it 11:30am. When I went back in there I asked for the receptionist's name (she was out to lunch) because I'm reporting them to their district manager, then refused to give me her name. read more

Visited the office today for an Extraction. I was super nervous because I have never had a good experience with any dentist! Dr. Williams changed that for me. In the past, even after receiving numbing shots and being on gas, I could still feel lots of pressure when the Dr was performing the surgery. I literally felt nothing with Dr. Williams. He is definitely efficient and a life saver. I am no longer afraid to see a dentist. My perspective has been changed! I appreciate you so much and I will return for any future work needed! read more

Two out of three works was done by DR. M. Willbanks on my teeth Broke after 3 or 4 years I called Dental Depot and asked if there is a warranty on there works they said only one year so the one in the front they charged me total of $ 1500 to take the broken piece out and put the correct one back somewhere els for $ 2500 the one in the back which is a Crown a large piece of it broke off still is holding on so I expect another $ $1800 I need to pay when rest of it will come off. I do not think I can afford to go there again. read more

This place is a complete joke. My son was in an accident in mid-January and knocked out his front tooth. Of course, they worked us in right away. Their suggestion was a "flipper" until his mouth quits growing in which then they could do an implant. We've had to have 4 sets of impressions made due to various reasons (probably them being lost). We called for days and left messages to get a status update and our calls were never returned. Finally, when we did get someone on the phone we were told we would need to do another set of impressions to ensure a proper fit. We did and they scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out. We arrived at our appointment time and waited over a hour only to be told that they had to make some last minute modifications and it hadn't arrived from the lab yet. I strongly believe they forgot to send in the impression and then we arrived, they tried to do a rush order to get it made. We were told to come back 3 hours after our appointment. It's an hours drive from where we live, but after 2 weeks there should have been no excuse on why it wasn't ready and waiting when we arrived for our appointment. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

I rarely give 5 stars on my reviews but I couldn't find any reason to take away one star from my visit today. I was given an appointment within 24 hours of calling and my wait was certainly not egregious. I had a filling that had come out and needed replacement. The staff was extremely professional and pleasant. Dr. found an additional 2 small cavities and she was able to do one immediately as well as refilling the broken one. I made an appointment for a follow-up for the other one and the out of pocket expense was very satisfactory. I can only assume that the earlier problems I had read about have been rectified. This place does not do a thorough job cleaning teeth, in my opinion. It only took them 10 mins., if that to clean my son's teeth, and they did not even polish. That is not my experience with mine and his last dental clinic. Mine used to take 30-45mins and they would I over each tooth and really clean. This place spot cleans, which is half a** to me. They are quick though, but quick isn't necessarily good, in this case. Already looking to transfer. read more

Went here a while back to have a deep cleaning and first off, I sat in the waiting room for about 2 hours before ever being seen. Had people come and go before I was ever seen. I had an appointment so it wasn't a walk in. Then, everyone was VERY rude throughout my whole visit from start to finish. They only cleaned half my teeth before telling me they had to reschedule for the rest. I went to the desk and they told me my portion after insurance was around $500. That was never communicated to me until after. Plus they only cleaned half my teeth. I didn't pay. How can you do half the work then demand so much money on top of rude service and making me sit there for hours on end? Also how can you not bother to tell people in advance what their portion would be before a procedure? My new dentist tells me before they even schedule the next appointment what my portion will be. Like others, I chose Dental Depot of Midwest City because they have Saturday appointments. I spoke with several people before my appointment who advised against using them, but I am stubborn and have never had problems with dentists before (I even had a root canal in the Philippines), so I went ahead with my plans. I can't be sure, but I think the dentist who saw me was very new and inexperienced, but that didn't stop me. I should have tucked tail and ran when I received the most excruciating numbing shot I have ever had in my life. I stuck it out and got my tooth filled. A few days later I was still having excruciating pain, saw another doctor (Aubrey) who said it was a normal reaction to the shot that I received in my nerve and she gave me some muscle relaxers and steroid pack (all for a filling!!). Anyway, a couple of days later, the pain was even more excruciating and I was starting to swell, and I ended up at urgent care, where I was told I had a deep tissue abscess and was given antibiotics and a few pain killers and advised to go back to my dentist. I went back to the dentist 2 days later in excruciating pain. They gave me 8 pain killers and said I would need to come back for a root canal. 2 days later I ended up in the ER, the entire left side of my face, neck, and head swollen and I was in such severe pain I didn't know what to do. They said I had a very severe abscess that was not responding to antibiotics and they could not believe Dental Depot had not been more aggressive in treating the abscess. The ER gave me more antibiotics to take with what I was already taking and they gave me many more pain killers, they were astounded Dental Depot sent me home with only 8 tablets!! Needless to say, I ended up at another dentist, who is very professional, caring, and gentle. Shout out to Dr. Kendrick at Midwest Dental Center who has managed to gain my confidence in dentists again. I will never be able to recommend Dental Depot to anyone, it was just an awful experience. read more
