I have been battling deterioration of my teeth for years. Many dentists have said I would have to get implants or dentures with costs exceeding $20k. I went into Dentistry by Design. We talked about my results. Edward came in and ensured me that if there was a way to get me taken care his staff could do it. This being said calls were made to insurance, we talked options. I had my extractions a week before Christmas2023. Was it a great experience? Considering everything it was not that bad. I was told what to expect with detailed instructions. Now it is May2024. I have been in for adjustments. Edward was correct there are many changes during the recovery time. I called on Monday and they had a chance to get me in on Tuesday morning. My alignment has changed so much. Edward took care of me and knew what needed to be done. They did a hard realign that day. I went in and they took care of the sensitive spots. I am one that will not complain, but I did my part in showing them where I felt it, and they fixed it. They said they would cover out of network fees when they went out of network. Then after 2 appt, they say oh we no longer do that. So now I owe over 200. for 2 cleanings. I don't even used fluoride because it is not covered by my insurance. After I Filed a BBB complaint, they said They told me it was only for a year which was a straight up lie. I would never had returned if They had said that. I told them more than once that I could not afford to go out of network. Do not believe a word they say. After having a couple terrible experiences with other dentist I found Dr. Harroz and I am forever grateful! I cried at every appointment because I believed my teeth were at the point of no repair and caused me so much pain. But the staff and Dr. Harroz assured me that I wouldn't lose another tooth while under their care and they have always treated me better than ANY other medical facility I've ever been in, kinda like I was part of their family. Fast forward a couple months and here I am half way through my Invisalign plan, no more pain, haven't lost another tooth because they've been able to repair them, and I no longer cry at appointments but am on the way to loving my smile. Was told in May of 2021 that this dentist was in network with Metlife which we get thru the government employment. Today I was told my Harlee that they are in network, but Metlife doesn't pay well. My teeth are very sensitive and I hate going to dentist. Most of the time my teeth hurt. I Have been to so many dental hygienist over the years, never had such a nice teeth cleaning done ever before, my teeth were actually clean and felt great. I found this place because I purchased a Groupon for them few years back, have been going there since. Janice, dental hygienist has over a decade of experience. I live in OKC but drive all the way down to MWC to see only these guys for my dental needs. Totally recommend for my family and friends. They send appointment reminders, checking in and checking out super easy and fast. Staff greets me and super friendly. Easy to switch appointment times. They got new equipment and the whole place is brand new. Totally love them. read more

Crooked! Always want to do the worst and most expensive procedures, don't guarantee their work and charge ridiculous amounts! I personally stopped going there because the Hygienists kept trying to sell me random stuff every single time I went in. Even to a point where I've told them over and over I did not want bleaching trays but ended up buying them just to get her to shut up. Yes I was an idiot to get in. My husband though wanted to stay loyal and because he wanted to continue to have the same person do his dental work. They have screwed him over now, he just want to head and paid it to be done with them and will never be returning. I am extremely disappointed on how they have handled all of his procedures. I saw Dr. Harroz III. First, they were over 45 minutes behind schedule which in my book is so unprofessional. I finally got into my appointment, get through their three different sets of xrays, wait about another 20 minutes and finally see the dentist. He sits down and tells me I have great teeth. No cavities. And comments on how white my teeth are. Then proceeded to insist that he SHAVE MY FRONT LOWER TOOTH DOWN TO MATCH THE OTHERS! Guys, my one little "overlapping" tooth is such a tiny imperfection that you honestly don't notice it. Not to mention my nerves in my teeth are very long and nearly go to the very edge of my teeth. Which you would see if you LOOKED AT MY XRAYS. So shaving down a tooth is the last thing I would do. I told him that and then he insists on braces. At this point I'm catching on to the fact that he is trying to squeeze every possible penny from this visit. I told him no, I have a night guard so my teeth will not move from their current position and I'm fine with that. He then insists that I bring my guard in so he can adjust it. I was so appalled that he was just looking for any possible thing to make a quick buck off me. I asked "are we finished here?" And he said I can head over to get my teeth cleaned. At this point I was two hours into this visit so I just told him I didn't have the time and my needs were not met. He spent all that time arguing with me. I had to get back to my kids so my husband could get back to work since he took his lunch break to watch them while I went in. I only went here because my dentist that I love! (Advances in dentistry) no longer takes our insurance. I skipped the cleaning and am currently still shopping for a new place. To top it off the place was filthy and cluttered with, I'm not kidding, hundreds of toothbrushes and toothpaste on display. It was a mad house in there. I originally went to dentistry by design as an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth! I've since had them removed, some fillings, and a deep cleaning! I couldn't recommend them more! I hate the dentist and didn't go for years as I had a bad experience. All the staff are very welcoming and accommodating I am really glad I found this dentist! My dentist is Dr Harroz Jr, Joyce did my cleaning and Wendy the dental assistant is just so lovely! If you need a dentist I highly recommend them! read more

Well I have to say this is one crooked office !! To start with they tried to charge my insurance 63$ for oral care instructions ..uhhh no ... also charged my insurance for a root canal that NEVER happened...... I had to go back to get a filling redone ( my bite was off an they needed to correct it, this was free of charge) well I guess that upset someone because I had a huge gaping hole in my tooth !!!!!!!! I remember crying and asking why was there such a huge hole in my tooth ?!??!? So here I am 1.2 years later and I just came back from a new dentist... in tears !!!! They told new my filling is so far gone on the left side I need a crown ..... (fillings are to last 5/10 years....it's been 17months !!!! )The right side where they "fixed/replaced " a filling is so huge I have no tooth left !!!!! the filling is cracked and touching my pulp!! I haven't been able to eat or drink on that side since I had the filling fixed !!!!! I seriously hope these people burn in hell ... I have to deal with this back ally chop job for the rest of my life!!! read more

I give this dentist no stars. He overcharged me every time I came to office. He charged me a fee prior to visit, accepted insurance money and then demanded more after visit....every time. I went to another dentist this year and he charged half the cost of this dentist and did twice as good. My veneers are unacceptable and I am getting them redone. I should have sued him. Instead he submitted me to collection agency for $25 after paying him $8000 for veneers. Don't go to him. He is pompous. He overcharges for everything. I wish I had read his reviews before going to him the first time. read more

Dr. Harroz has been our family dentist for over 15 years.. The staff is great and they treat our family like royalty! We love this Dentist!

To start with, I felt like the dentist was really condescending. He called me pet names, and when I teared up after he hit a nerve in my face while giving me a shot, he said, "I'm sorry you have such a hard time with this." The next time, he told me I needed four cavities filled and a crown. When I got a second opinion, she only found one cavity. I've also been receiving letters from a collection agency regarding a bill that I already paid. I'll update this once that is settled. read more

When walking into the office the staff greeted me with a smile and they were very professional. I was checked in and quickly took back to be seen. The dental assistant was very kind and took great care of me. The doctor came in and did an exam on me and when going over my treatment he made sure to tell me what was most important first. The dentist was extremely unprofessional with his staff. Would constantly raise his voice and chide them for not being fast enough or when they mixed way too much filling. Additionally, the dentist was very apathetic when dealing with a four year olds' first ever dental appointment. He began drilling into her tooth and immediately my four year old began crying because she was in so much pain! He disregarded her crying and kept drilling. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and told him he had to giver her more anesthesia which he gladly did. Shortly after, he resumed with the drilling and my little girl was no longer in pain. He admitted, "Oh yeah, she wasn't quite numb!" Really!?! I was so angry that his hygienist was trying to calm me down! The only reason this place gets one star from me is solely because of his very compassionate and empathetic staff. They were amazing but the dentist was hands down the worst dentist I've ever been to. Stay away! read more
