It is deeply concerning that this kind of behavior is taking place in a healthcare setting. I am a 43 yr old and this is the absolute worst dentist office I have been to. They do not offer pain control. They dont know how to do common dental procedures. They have horrible communication and organization. I regret ever using them. I had a filling fall out for the 2nd time they did and their response was to use something otc to refill it. read more

Went in today to get my chip tooth pulled. I was originally supposed to get it done two days ago, but there is a scheduling issue on their part went in today. Got the tooth pulled. They told me it would be over $1200 to put a crown on my tooth which is ridiculously overpriced. After they pulled my tooth, all they gave me was 800 mg ibuprofen which is absolutely nothing for pain so after four hours of getting my tooth pulled my pain level is through the roof and there's nothing they can do for me would not recommend. read more

Dr Williams and Shawn took care of me. Two very caring and gentle people. They have modern equipment. And an upbeat attitude. A great surprise was the model train that Comes through the offices along a track that is at the ceiling. The office staff were great and my wait time for my appointment was minimal. The decor is nice and the magazine selection while you wait is great. It is convenient to get into the parking lot and easy access on the lower northwest side of the city. I would highly recommend this office. I do have one suggestion. On the paperwork you must fill out as a new patient, the type font is very small and hard to read; it would be better if they made the print larger. read more

The dentists and staff are fine but they over book. I had a 9am appointment and have been waiting an hour. Last time I had an 11 appointment and waited till 1230. My time is valuable too. For me, it's hard to find a good dentist that I don't mind coming back to. I have been avoiding going to the dentist lately because of this. I have been so happy to find that I enjoy coming to Dental Depot for my dental needs. I have had several appointments that have gone by without a hitch. That is, until today. Apparently, it isn't enough to just make an appointment and show up. You also have to get spammed with phone calls and text messages demanding that you confirm your appointment, as well. Plus, if you don't respond within a certain amount of time, they just cancel your appointment altogether. I have been dealing with a death in the family, so I didn't confirm my appointment right away, but I did finally respond to the final text message they sent me. Apparently this wasn't enough, so they up and cancelled my appointment. It can take 2 months to get an available appointment space at this place, and I have to take time off from work, and it just got cancelled because I didn't reply to a text message soon enough. This is the only reason I don't give this place 5 stars. They need a better system that doesn't have me waiting months between appointments and that doesn't cancel my appointment because I didn't answer a phone call from a number I don't know, and I responded to a text late. I really want to give this place less stars because I am seriously unhappy right now, but I just can't honestly do it because I really like coming here. Their process is stupid, though. I just hope someone doesn't see this as a positive review. read more

I was going to dental depot at another location, worst experience ever! The dentist was a nightmare! After a year and a half fighting with that office, I was switched over to this office! From day one everyone was nice and immediately assured me they would fix my problem! They were very accommodating and never gave me an issue with scheduling or any other needs for that matter. I had dentures made at the other office that would never work for my mouth they were so big I couldn't keep them in my mouth and they were very painful. I met a very nice lady at this location and she saw instantly the problem without me telling her! She adjusted them and sent me home extremely happy to finally be able to wear teeth I had been waiting so long for! I have been there several times, I've switched all of my family to this office! Anyways, someone has contacted me around noon today and the problem still hasn't been addressed. I did mentioned that I wouldn't do the service if I know my insurance wouldn't pay. They destroyed my gums on my front tooth on a simple crown then denied all allegations.

I have had trouble with Dental Depot for the past 3 years. I was given a denture that broke and then another denture that didn't fit. I made numerous trips to several locations. Dr Ashmore offered to return my money for the denture that I can't chew with and then changed his miind because of other persons in his office advising him they could make the denture work. I came in just to get a cleaning and check up, fully aware I had a tooth that needed to be extracted. They told me they could do it that day to get me out of pain, I had multiple people tell me I'd be prescribed a pain med. I left the dentist and went to the pharmacy twice and they for some reason had failed to send my medication in, so I called the dentist again and had them send it over, except they only sent an antibiotic. And then they closed for 3 days. So here I am sitting at an urgent care getting another huge bill because this dental office can't get organized very well. The doctor that looked at my mouth apologized extensively because he could tell how much pain I was in. I gladly would have waited to get my tooth pulled for a more caring thoughtful experience. This practice is more concerned about getting the maximum number of people through the door, rather than taking care of the patient. I had several extractions done, had some questions for the dentist, but I was told he was busy with another patient. I told the staff that I would wait. I was told he could call me back, but I insisted on waiting. The office closed for the day, and I refuse to leave until I saw the dentist. After about 10 minutes, I was told that he had left for the day. I asked that he called me back, and never received a return phone call. Further, over the next several days I had pain that kept getting worse each and every day. I tried to get in to see the dentist, and was told there were no appointments available. My suggestion would be that nobody in the right mind should go to this practice and receive any sort of acceptable care. I called Dental Depot with an infected tooth that needed extraction and they were able to get me on the schedule and get it taken care within a few days time. But their great service didn't stop there, they also knew that my insurance provider would cover the additional work I had desperately been needing to get done and submitted the paperwork to them for authorization on the procedure. The Dr was quick and gentle and the nurse who administered the shots was so unbelievably good that I didn't even know she had done it. The facility has top of the line equipment and the decor is such that even kids would like to go there. read more

Horrible customer service. First time there my kids had to wait over 1.5 hrs and had to be rescheduled because they were short handed and didn't bother saying anything until 1.5 hr later. Then on the next visit they couldn't even verify my insurance so we had to reschedule again. Just called them to verify they called my insurance which it has been over a month for them to do it and they said they had no information on my insurance and I had to give it to them again. Well this place is interesting to say the least. They have plenty of ppl on staff but none seem to know what they are truly doing and all they care about is payment. I was in a car accident and I hit my jaw on the steering hard enough to crack my top molar almost in half, so I made an appt. as soon as I was able to move around. When I arrived my wait time was next to nothing, but the Dentist looked all around and didn't find a thing. I go home thinking maybe it was all in my head and about an hour later a piece of my tooth fell off and I was in even more pain. So I go back to the dentist, who proceeds to tell me that I need about $600 worth of dental work. Needless to say I wasn't happy!!!! No idea how he could've missed that from before especially when I asked him twice to look at my teeth. And because of the steep price I have to reschedule and hope this dentist really knows what he is doing. There were several issues with the dental depot just off Hefner and Rockwell in Nw Oklahoma City. In My two visits they never were able to fully numb my roots. I had two root canals. I thought I might break the chair, because of how hard I was gripping it and how much squirming I was doing, and I have a high pain tolerance. On my last visit, they forgot to numb the area before the BIG NEEDLES go in. That was fun. Now my friend just informed me he just finished the same procedure and for just over a third of what I paid. I'm going back today because they already have the mold made and this finishes up my procedure. I'll be finding a new dentist after this. Probably the one my friend is happy with. Other similar reviews suggest I'm one of many who shared similar treatment. Those cute trains running around aren't enough incentive to stay with dental depot read more

Who has ever said having a root canal on a friday morning was enjoyable? Woke up in extreme pain, and they got me in right away. The people here are AMAZING. I had Dr. Sebourn. The techs were fantastic, I felt at ease the whole time. They even got me a blanket because I was cold. Again, it takes a lot to say getting a root canal was a great experience, but these guys are wonderful. read more

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to! These people took xrays of my mouth and seen what they needed to see, they then decided to pull the tooth that I was needing pulled, we after 45 minutes they were unable to get it out after i finally had to tell them that they were killing me I could feel all the pain of her trying to pull my tooth and she just kept saying it's ok it's ok well it wasn't ok! You shouldn't feel the pain of them pulling the tooth, finally i said they have to stop cuz I had tears running down my face cuz of all the pain I was feeling, well they stopped and then sent me out the door and was told to find a oral surgeon to finish what they started and couldn't finish , at this time I was in so much pain I went to my husband and cried more, we looked in my mouth and there we saw my cheek all cut open and my gum all cut open bleeding way bad, they not only didn't get the tooth out but they cut me all up and sent me out the door with out any help at all! my husband took me back in to find out what the heck was going on and all they said was find a oral surgeon! This happened on nov 4th 2021 and I'm still trying to find a dentist that can fix what they messed up and still no luck! So now my mouth hurts so much there's nerves showing in my tooth and I called and asked for them to help me with the pain and they would not! They wanted me to come back in and give them another try to get it out at this time I can not go back in cuz my mouth hurts so bad and is so swollen i can't even eat anything I haven't eaten since the morning of the 4th.. so I would not go to this place at all for nothing at all! These dentist at the worst in the world! they sound nice and caring on the phone until u get there and they mess u up and send u out the door like a piece of trash! Worst dentist in the world! I wish I would of took the time to read about this place first but It was a emergency that I get seen since I had been in pain for 2 weeks already at this time, now I'm going on another week of complete pain due to the poor dental work they tried to do! I have been a patient of Dr Winn for years. I started coming here when I was a teenager and now I take my kids here. They have always been very good to me. In particular, they have always been very patient with my son, who is not the most compliant kid. There have been some struggles in getting him to take care of his teeth and they always give good suggestions to encourage him. Also when it is obvious he is having a difficult time with letting them do what is needed, the don't push him. They take it slow and if need be have let me reschedule when he is more comfortable. Also the ladies that work the front desk are amazing. Always so pleasant and helpful. read more
