They did not disappoint- the staff are amazing, and they show that they really care about making your smile the way you want it- exact to the "T"eeth! Their precision and attention to detail really set them apart. After a year and a month or so, I finished my last tray of Invisalign and went in for the final polish. I am thrilled with the result! I went from having decently straight teeth- to the above beyond smile I've always wanted. They have two great office locations in Bountiful and Farmington, you can't go wrong with either or. I never received an answer if Dr Wall could do my implant or look at the CT scan provided. When I canceled the appointment, they kept my $200 deposit, despite booking it with another patient shortly after. I feel that it's all about the money for them. Remarkably, he is in practice despite such unethical behavior. Beware! I am in dispute with them and my credit card company initiated the claw back for non existing service.

If you are paying cash and not paying with insurance they would be a great place to go! I have been dealing with their billing for claims OVER a year ago that are still not resolved. they do not know how to bill properly, their billing department is a JOKE. They are trying to bill me for more than the agreed contracted rate by my insurance aka "patient responsibility. " (this is illegal). After 100s of calls between the insurance and them to help them do their job, I am so stressed by getting weekly notifications saying we owe over 2 thousand $. they were trying to bill us for things that the insurance already paid for as well. I had to send them all these EOBs to show them the check #s that they cashed in order to clear up some of the bills. We also have a secondary insurance and they have failed to bill the secondary insurance and just continue to send us bills hoping we will pay for it. After a year I got the 'bill' down to $1500, but they are still not billing the secondary for the remaining, and billing for things the insurance already paid for. Long story short, office and doctor great insurance billing sucks. If you plan on using insurance save yourself the headache and DO NOT COME HERE! I will never return to this dentist again unless they switch billing companies, which is disappointing, because I really did like the dentist.

I also overheard the dentist explaining to another parent the benefit of sealants but was very honest up front that most insurance companies do not pay for it so it was their choice. I wish I could find an adult dentist this good!
