I feel so lucky to have gotten a cleaning about 6 months back because just recently I ran into a dental emergency where a crown fell out and luckily I had somewhere to go. They got me in that day - and were so nice and thorough. It's obviously not a fun experience and they made me feel at ease. I went there for an emergency root canal, which went well, although I had to wait in the chair doing nothing for 45 minutes, before they finally started working on me, consequently making me late for work. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, but that was a bad first impression for me. They pushed the comprehensive dental exam for a later date, which I did get. They found many many issues with my teeth and gums, which really surprised me, as I practice excellent oral hygiene every day. Long story short - I moved to another state not long after this and found a dentist here, who did the exact same exam - all the bite-wing and panoramic x-rays, photos, physical exam, etc., and found only a tiny fraction of what Brielle "found." For example - Brielle told me I needed to get 2 back teeth extracted. I knew of one tooth, given what was going on, but the other tooth they wanted to extract turned out to be perfectly healthy and fine, with absolutely no need to extract, per my current dentist. Brielle also pointed out other work I needed to get done - another example: deep scaling - while the dentist I go to now found no issues whatsoever with my gums. And there were others. Needless to say, I would never to back to them.

During COVID-19 plenty of offices have been closed, but this office has accommodated for its patients. They have done such a great job with keeping a minimum amount of patients in the building at a time to ensure everyone's safety. The doctor in the office is just as welcoming as Cheri in the front. Dr.Chugh is so pleasant and extremely thorough. She explained what was to be done and what was going on in my mouth. Which is more than any other dentist I have been to had ever done. Worst dental experience of my life. Went there for an emergency extraction the day before Christmas…read moreEve and landed me in the worst pain I've ever been in in my life for two straight weeks only after seeing two other dentist (one on an emergency basis for the pain while I was down in Virginia visiting my daughter)did I finally find an oral surgeon to help me and I am finally feeling better. This doctor left me with dry socket and when I called on the phone and then went in a couple of days later he dismissed me and made me feel like I was being a baby from the pain from the extraction. It has now cost me over $600 to fix this problem and get out of this pain and begin to heal. The office is chaos and multiple personnel were coming in and out of the room asking him questions about scheduling while he was ripping out my tooth. I was also given a bone graft which from what I'm told is not even there. Paid this dentist $1200 to be in the worst pain of my life. And yes I followed all of the post extraction instructions. Also I have both called and messaged this office in the aftermath of all of this and nobody has gotten back to me. Just awful.

This practice has changed ownership three times in the last 5 years, with each owner less and less involved in dentistry. The staff has been there for many years and that is why I remain a patient. I was traveling and paid a dentist to put it back in. It lasted 18 months but came out again. I went back to Wemrock to have it cemented again. My disappointment (in addition to having it come off twice), was being charged to put it back in. I have 4 crowns, one for over 30 years that have never come out. It seems to me that a dentist should warranty their work, at least to some extent. The fact that this one has come off twice would indicate that something wasn't right with the crown. Why should I keep paying to make it right?
