When I arrived at the appointment on time, I was chastised by very rude people at the front desk and told that the appointment was cancelled the day before because I did not respond to an appointment reminder text sent to my phone. I explained that I was never required to respond to appointment reminder texts in the past and I assumed it was just a reminder with no need to respond. The person at the front desk stated it was a new policy, which I was never notified of, and rudely said "Well now you know" while handing me a card for another appointment scheduled another 4 months in the future. A month later, I received a call late in the afternoon regarding an opening due to a cancellation and was asked if I can come in early the next morning. Even though I was given far less than 24 hours notice, I agreed to come in the next morning so I can get the dentist to correct his past work on my daughters filling without having to wait another four months. I arrived at the appointment 5-10 minutes late due to traffic, requiring forty minutes to drive there, and having to leave work due to accepting the appointment on very short notice. I was immediately scolded by the rude, unprofessional people at the front desk a second time. They stated that my appointment had been cancelled again because I was late and this is my second strike. They then threatened to remove my daughter as a patient permanently if I get another strike. These people lacked any compassion or consideration for families and were extremely unprofessional. They held the previous cancellation against me as a first strike, even though I arrived at my appointment on time and was not even notified that my appointment was cancelled 24 hours prior. I am tired of wasting my time and money driving here just to be treated so poorly by such nasty, threatening, and antagonistic staff members and such poor quality work. I strongly urge anyone who thinks about visiting this dentist to reconsider.

I understand I was late but the tone of the conversation stating there is not wiggle room was just not okay...No empathy whatsoever! I understand that every office has policies, but most medical practices offer at least a 15-minute grace period. Here, it seems to be 10 minutes--with no flexibility or consideration, even when I made every effort to communicate in advance. As a pediatric office, you would think there would be more understanding that children can make you late for all kinds of reasons. If any place should offer a 15-minute grace period, it's a practice that serves kids. This lack of responsiveness and accommodation is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other.
