Update. Ended up leaving at 7pm. Next appointment has to be no later than 2pm because they will be doing more than an adjustment. Can't come later because God forbid they have to go home late if they book you at 5 pm which is when it's more convenient for me. So on top of the unprofessionalism and the fact that you are paying them for a service, their time matters but yours doesn't. So all this open until 7pm, 7 days a week is BS. They book you when it's convenient to them not you.

So he said I'm so sorry and said he will do root canal on the tooth that was actually in pain for free started the root canal and couldn't finish and sent me to a specialist to finish the root canal and the specialist said the tooth was too damaged and needed to be extracted so I went back and had the tooth extracted so now (2) teeth are gone , So I go somewhere else to get implants and will not EVER go back to Sunny Dental again and they won't be installing my crown on my implants either he's incompetent and why didn't a hygienist clean my teeth in the beginning and now I'm looking at my dental insurance and it's looking like they have been charging for stuff and I haven't even been in their office in 2024 so I will be contacting my dental insurance to possibly file a fraud claimed
