Because i didn't agree to all the extra services it was my first time there they kept changing my…read moreappointments one time they canceled my appointment because I was 3 minutes late I was told that the dentist needed the whole 2 hours for my service so finally after almost 3 months my appointment was at 12:00 then they pushed it to 1:00 I was there at 12:40 to make sure this was done after seating in the room for 30 minutes so remember the dentist needed the whole 2 hours and the way staff was speaking to staff it was racist and tasteless and the way I was spoke to didn't make me feel comfortable so I told kyle to refund my 200 he said it was dropped in the safe but don't worry you will get a refund link today and you will have your money in 2-3 days didn't happen so I called him this morning and asked for the corporate phone number he said he was told to tell me they don't have one then he offered to overnight my check after I agreed and 10 minutes later he said due to the holiday I want receive until wednesday today is friday last time I checked overnight should be saturday not wednesday after I get my money back they don't have to worry about me as a client but I will find the corporate phone number so I can see if they treat everybody like a brother over 2 weeks still no refund.

His hygienists are all professional and thorough. I like to look at the children's artwork on the walls or gaze at the garden life outside the window while I wait in the exam room. The music playing is light, and very relaxing. I love the front desk people. They always remind me in advance of my approaching appointments by emails and text messages. It is a very friendly environment. My only complaint is the pain of the gum exams, but I have old teeth and receding, or swollen, gums. I like my old teeth, and these people like my smile.

They took us to the back gave my son an X-Ray. Waited 30 more minutes in the exam room for the dentist. After 30 minutes a lady came and and told us that they do not do sedation on kids under 14. So why wouldn't they tell us this from the get go. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE UNLESS THEY ARE 14 and over. They wasted 3 hours of my day, no apology or nothing and never once saw the dentist. They just collected my insurance and booted us out the door. Stay away.
