I would still go again but things need to be improved …read more This is in regards to how the services are provided to patients and not the people themselves. Meaning the people that work there are nice and professional , leaving you feeling with clarity on the treatment you are receiving , but do not complete the services that they are doing in full and are not fulfilled to its capacity . For example , I went in for a examination and standard cleaning . The former procedure went well , but not the latter . I have had many standard cleanings over the years and I know what they contain - a scaling (cleaning) , polish (stain remover) and fluoride (protection) insertion onto your teeth . They only did the scaling . And even then it was not good . It was so short and quick . I know I needed more than that sine since it was three years since my last visit since I'm no longer covered due to insurance changes and I now have to pay out of pocket . What's even more bizarre is the reaction of the staff when asked. They did apologize for not applying the other procedures and were nice and humble about it , but the fact that I had to voluntarily ask is indeed strange . It should the other way around where they voluntarily provide these treatments. They should know this . They're supposed to be the professionals . If I didn't have no prior knowledge , i definitely would not have got my moneys worth . So to anyone coming here , bears of the procedures you are receiving for the cost . Other than that , it's alright here . 3 out of 5 stars . Average and neutral rating . PS - The main doctor/dentist George Lim seems alright . I liked his character . He seems to be very knowledgeable and how to go about things and seems honest enough and humble . The assistant who did my teeth , Albert, I loved. He's cute and gives off a nice vibe . I'd definitely would not mind his service again and would like to have him next time if I'm able . The receptionist, Michelle , was a joy to talk with . She answered all my questions . Thank you !! I contacted the office, spoke with Calvin , and told them that the cleaning job was poor as my teeth look the same . I don't see much difference . I still see tar build ups in the spots that are vaguely visible . So imagine the spots that aren't ? I was told a deep cleaning will take care of that-which I know is bull as I've had many standard cleanings in the past that still made a huge difference in visibility. When I mentioned this, then they had no problem following through with me. Which seems suspicious so everything still seems shady. A redo appointment has been scheduled in a couple weeks so I will be coming back and I want a actual doctor/dentist to clean my teeth and not an assistant to clean. All the reviews about him and his staff are on point. Dr Dan is very knowledgeable and he also made sure my son was comfortable during the evaluation at all times. I always…read morefound that he talked way too much and I grew suspicious of how constantly staff changed at his office. Not just the dental hygienists, but also the front desk people. It is always someone new who doesn't know your kid. But the biggest annoyance is, and this happened multiple times, I would get a reminder for an appointment that had changed. At least three different times they changed my kids' appointments and didn't tell me until they were reminding me of the appointment. Plus, even though they're in network, they always seem to charge me for something. Not only do they find a way to charge you even though you're going in-network, this time they tried to charge me over $600 because they told me my insurance denied it. When I pushed them further, they realized it was a billing error on their part. They could have stolen $600 from me without me really understanding that. Plus, we live in a day and age where as a family of color it matters to me how people are voting and how people see my family and I just don't want to patronize people who vote against human rights of women and people of color.

I took my son to Little Kids Dentistry at 1656 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. I asked the dentist…read moreto removed 5 crowns that my son had on his teeth for years because his teeth under the crowns were visible. His permanent teeth were coming in. All the dentist said to me was yes during the whole visit. She did remove the 5 crowns, but she then proceeded to extract 5 of his healthy teeth without my knowledge or consent. The dentist never discussed with me that she was going to be extracting 5 teeth with roots. To make matters worse my son was given no anesthesia for these premature extractions. My son was forced to endure a deeply painful procedure. He screamed in pain and agony saying, "Help!" The dentist never stopped to provide relief. Her answer was "No screaming, no help!" I screamed, "Just crowns!" when I saw there was something wrong. She just rushed to finish the procedure. I was present in the treatment room for the entire procedure and there were no anesthesia needles or gas tank or mask for the happy gas/nitrous gas ever. Denti-cal has confirmed to me that Little Kids Dentistry billed them for D9230 nitrous oxide but it was never given to my son to manage pain and trauma. Please don't take your kids there. The dentist bypassed giving me a consent form for the 5 teeth extractions. She bypassed the discussion for the 5 healthy teeth extractions. And she bypassed giving my son anesthesia for 5 teeth extractions. Look for a place where your children will be treated with respect and professionalism not like animals. we will never return

Dr. Sun and her team was incredibly patient and compassionate while working with my daughter. Although the treatment process was not easy, they took the time to help my daughter feel comfortable and gradually build confidence during her visits. The calm and supportive approach made a huge difference. My daughter still doesn't love dental work (what kid does?), but she is willing to return to see Dr. Sun and her team and I think that says a lot about the trust they built with her. It's almost pitch black and spooky by what my child says the dental tools are also very dirty which would be completely reasonable if the doctor ever came through in a reasonable time. There is constant noise some kind of vibration going on in the fish are freaking out because there is vibration I'm not sure if it's from construction or what but the fish are freaking out and these poor fish are having stress color problems from the water being vibrated. It doesn't get much worse than this.
