I know I can trust him. My insurance covered my cleaning 100%. By the time I was leaving The insurance gal had already researched my plan and any cost to me for what I needed done. I was covered 100%. They didn't try to rip me off. She was extremely knowledgeable. What a relief to have found an honest professional dental practice. I love the receptionist she has always been nothing but polite and very nice . However they have new staff here since my last visit . I go to the back mind you my appointment was set for 4 pm I got there by 3:30 pm . I sit down the girl tells me she's going to start off doing my x-rays and she will let me know if the dentist has time left to do my cleaning . I drove 40 mins to this office I don't get why I was scheduled for a cleaning If he couldn't do it . So she says well do you wanna wait to see how long it's going to take him or do you just want the x-ray?! I'm like let me go talk to the receptionist because why was I scheduled maybe theirs some confusion so I go up and she confirmed he knew I was scheduled for a cleaning and didn't understand why that was said . She goes to ask him and he literally tried to switch it up and says oh we just need updated x-rays which is fine but that's not what she said he said oh maybe she's was confused .. again whatever so he's like let her do the x-rays I'll be in after .. so she starts but this girl done walked out the room was touching the computer pulled her mask down wiped at her nose then attempted to put her hands in my mouth I said do you think that's sanitary ? Another girl walks in mind you she wasn't in the room she says everything in here is clean maybe that's true but her hands weren't you would think she would just change her gloves nope she start catching a attitude so I'm like okay cool let me just leave because I could feel myself about to go left and I'm working on handling things different I go to the front to speak the the receptionist I didn't know she left here comes the dentist two seconds later to lock the door mind you it's 3:45 at this point he's like what else can I help you with so I tell him what happen he dismissed my concerns about what she did and told me maybe this practice isn't for me and I can go elsewhere oh so because I won't Allow your nasty ass dental assistant to put filthy gloves in my mouth I'm the problem copy !! Finding a good, trustworthy dentist is kind of a struggle these days. I had gone to another local…read moredentist and as a new patient where I was given a plethora of x-rays (a type my insurance wouldn't cover and they did not tell me) an exam that was basically a bunch of untrue issues (severe bone loss in my jaw, my teeth were going to fall out) which all could be remedied for an insane cost. Canton Heights was recommended by a trusted friend and after checking this place out, I will never go to another dentist. After a thorough exam (insurance was checked prior) and a good bill of health, they have earned my trust. I've been a client of theirs for several years now and after another great visit yesterday, I had to share how great they are!
