As a person in their early 20's learning how to navigate the real world, especially concerning how insurance works and how it applies to a new location, can be confusing. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist, until the end of the phone call, she was so unfriendly. I was treated like an extreme inconvenience the whole call. She had such an unprofessional attitude and was so annoyed by the fact she had to even speak to me. Instead, she decided to profusely keep judging me because I didn't know certain information. If you struggle with dental anxiety or if adult phone calls are something new/difficult to you, DO NOT attempt to go here. I couldn't imagine speaking to anyone in the manner of how she spoke to me, especially not an inquiring new patient. Beware. read more

The staff, from the person answering the phone to the technicians and dentists, are caring and welcoming. They follow up timely and work with your schedule to get you a convenient appointment. They have an easy-to-use portal. I've scheduled cleanings through it. The office is well done and comfortable with modern technology throughout. The TVs on the ceiling help to distract you. I had an opportunity one visit to listen to Dr. Nguyen as he worked with a scared child. Wow! What compassion and patience he demonstrated with the child! If I had small children, I'd want Dr. Nguyen to be their dentist. He was incredible! Dr. Kim is excellent. He is knowledgeable and capable. He will take his time to explain everything he sees and his treatment plan. And you know he cares about his patients as he remembers your name when he sees you in the hallway...even if you aren't seeing him that day...and takes a moment to check on you. I see both dentists so that I can have maximum flexibility. You are in good hands with either one. Add a top-notch hygienist...and she is wonderful.....so there is no need to go elsewhere. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dentaloplis. I have had countless work done here from cavity fillings to getting a night guard made. Every single staff member is kind, efficient and committed. I've been having severe sensitivity on a specific area and after relentless trial and error of figuring out why, we decided it was a cavity and even though it was close to closing time, Dr. Nygun and his assistant stayed late to fill the cavity even though I was the only patient left. I am so incredibly grateful for them relieving my pain. Tasha and Janie are at the front and they have the most genuine and sweet way about them. I've spoken to them numerous times while scheduling my many appointments. They truly care about their customers and Tasha will help fight for the best pricing with your insurance. What a great experience at the dentist! I did a regular cleaning and then laser whitening and front desk Erica was phenomenal. She was friendly and knowledgeable while booking my appointment on the phone as well as when I arrived. Dr Winn and his assistant were so throughout and detail orientated. They made me feel at ease. I loved this place! I hadn't been to the dentist in a really long time and was really anxious but they really put me at ease and were very pleasant. Everyone there seems happy to be there and even though they happened to be a little understaffed everyone stepped up and worked twice as hard. The cleaning I received was the least painful cleaning I've ever had and there was a tv on the ceiling for me to watch while it was performed. Aside from the demeanor of the employees and the facility, the prices were very reasonable and the whole process is just very streamlined. I received multiple texts reminding me of my appointment and everything just worked out very smoothly. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I almost never write reviews, but my experience with Dentalopolis is worth my time. From my first contact, by phone, I was greeted like a long-time friend and neighbor. This experience continued whenever I visited the office. The staff were very nice and attentive, always courteous. The work I had done was not particularly easy and I have a very sensitive mouth. Doctor Kim was very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during the procedures. He was meticulous and thorough in his work, which I found to be very refreshing. The office is quite modern and comfortable. I am a Marine Corps veteran. I give credit where it is due. This is the finest dental organization I have ever experienced. Never go here. Place is a scam. They gave me a quote for getting a tooth fixed after reach out to my insurance. After work was done they then said I owe 321$ I told the lady I paid in full. She said she would look into it and let me know. 6 months later get a letter saying I owe that amount. This place will lie to your face just to get you in their chair. read more

Finding a dentist to work with my schedule was a proving to be a difficult task. It normally would require to take time off from work to be able to get a visit in. With a new job and a new schedule, I knew I had find someone who could fit my busy schedule. Dentalopolis is located in Spring, and being that work in the Woodlands, I do a pretty heavy commute from the Westchase area. It's nice to have an office that is located on the way home. Put that together with a state of art facility, lots of attention to detail, and you wind up with an amazing experience that I throughly enjoyed. The tv on the ceilings with netflix makes getting your cleaned more like being in your own living room. Dr. Kim knows his stuff and you can see his passion for dentistry just by talking to him. The front staff is very nice and welcoming, and the office looks really great. Walking into the back is pretty impressive and you can see that you are being treated and diagnosed with the latest tools and technology that dentistry has to offer. Dr. Kim is very welcoming and pleasant as well. He is good at verbalizing his steps as he was working on me, which I like. I saw that Dentalopolis had opened up in a new shopping center by my house and I had severe wisdom tooth pain so I called their office. From the moment I spoke with someone on the phone i felt welcomed. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I've had bad previous experiences with dental visits in the past with other providers but the staff at Dentalopolis did an amazing job making me comfortable. The extraction happened shortly after I got there and it was quick and efficient. I had some anxiety about it as I normally do but I was quick and easy.
