I noticed a couple of Subaru Foresters that took over 3 hours because the calibration on those cars is known to be pretty slow. My appointment was at 1 pm, and they all seem to take a lunch break from 12-1, so the earlier you come, the better your chances of getting in quickly. The facility itself is pretty plain, uncomfortable seats, and it could really use some desks or workstations if people need to get stuff done. They didn't restock the coffee pods and the vending machine was broken. Since I went on a Saturday, nothing was open nearby. The location isn't near anything, so you'd have to Uber somewhere if you want to grab food or do anything else. I was thinking about heading to The Spectrum, but at $20 one way (only 3 miles away), that was a no-go. They should definitely upgrade the waiting room experience, more comfort, some amenities and I think they'd get much better reviews. Overall, good work on the car, but the waiting situation could use some improvement.

I contacted several auto glass companies and found that most quotes were significantly higher than what Doctor Auto Glass offered. From the beginning, they answered all of my questions clearly. They explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass, confirmed the use of FYG (Fuyao) glass, included ADAS calibration, offered a calibration report, and provided a lifetime workmanship warranty. They installed a new FYG Acoustic windshield, performed the ADAS calibration in-house, and provided a calibration report showing the calibration was completed successfully. All Toyota Safety Sense features are working properly and there are no warning lights or system errors. My total cost was about $480 paid by card. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, communication, and overall value. Rating: 4.75/5 I…read morerecently had my Subaru tinted with Llumar FormulaOne "Stratos" series at Tint Plus, and overall, I'm really happy with the experience. From the start, the initial call was helpful, and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The manager was great--he was patient, informative, and really took the time to walk me through the options. I opted for the higher-end Stratos series, with 70% tint on the windshield and sunroof, and 30% on the sides. I went with the 30% on the sides for a good balance between looks and function, though in hindsight, I might have gone with a 40% or 50% just to reduce the chance of being pulled over. But that's a subjective decision, and I can still see fine at night with the 30%, so it works. After having the Stratos for a while, I'll admit that I didn't notice as much of a difference as I expected between it and a high-quality ceramic film. If I were to do it again, I'd probably consider going with their regular ceramic for the side windows and keep the Stratos on the windshield and sunroof, where it does feel like a noticeable upgrade in terms of heat rejection and clarity. There were some small air bubbles in the tint, particularly on the sunroof, but I gave it a little time. When they didn't go away, I gave the shop a call. They were really accommodating, and the manager had no hesitation in bringing me in to replace the sunroof tint. I appreciate how they handled this--it's hard to get tint perfect every time (unless you're working in a clean room), but they were eager to make sure I was satisfied, which goes a long way in my book. One minor hiccup was that the price I was quoted online was a bit different than what I was told in the shop. The website has some helpful details, but it showed a car sunroof (rather than a small SUV), which resulted in a higher price. Not a huge deal, and I understand that things can get mixed up, especially with a newer website. When I brought it up in-store, they gave me an upfront quote that was just a little higher than expected (maybe around $70 more), but they were clear about it, and they also offer a nice military veteran discount. I didn't push them to honor the online price because I felt the situation was understandable and fair. Another nice touch was that they use professional software for invoicing, which I didn't see at another shop I've worked with in the past. It adds a level of professionalism that I really appreciated. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, with a waiting area and a restroom. I liked that they had a display showing all their tint options, plus a helpful booklet with examples, so I could see how different tints would look in my car before making a final choice. When I came back for the replacement tint, I was told it would take about an hour. However, I didn't hear anything for a few hours, so I called and was informed that the job was actually done and ready. A small communication hiccup, but no big deal--just something to keep in mind. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect 5-star (4.75 out of 5, though I did round up) review is the small price discrepancy, the initial bubble issue, and the slight difference I noticed with the Stratos compared to ceramic, but considering how quickly they addressed everything and how great the overall experience was, I'm still very satisfied. They truly care about customer service, and I'd definitely recommend Tint Plus if you're looking for a quality tint job with fair pricing, professional service, and great attention to detail.

I just received my car about 30 minutes ago after having an accident two weeks ago and this was THE BEST service I have ever gotten. The friendly atmosphere made it relaxing to know that my car was at a safe place. I was able to call every day to check up on my car and they never once acted like I was being an annoying customer. I left my car in a dinged up condition and when I picked it up my car was in beautiful fully detailed condition. They really do take care of their customers and more importantly the cars that come into the place. The paint job was also phenomenal! Side note, I noticed a vintage Jaguar and Mustang (I think it was a Mustang), either way, they were beautiful whatever they had done! I really like this place and go there for all my dents and dings. I like that Mark and Bruce are honest and trustworthy. They don't try to upsell anything and they will tell you when you don't need something. I went there one time to get my sunroof checked out and they said it was such a simple thing that they wouldn't even charge me for it and they also buffed out a scrape I had.
