Brian and Jeff absolutely crushed it on my GMC truck. The dent was in a steel bumper--which I've learned is no joke to work with--and I honestly didn't think it would ever look the same again. Somehow, they worked their magic and got it looking completely brand new. You'd never know there was ever any damage. What really stood out was their attention to detail and craftsmanship. They didn't just "fix" it--they restored it. On top of that, they were easy to work with, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. If you've got dents--especially in tougher materials like steel--these are your guys. Couldn't be happier with the result.

I bought a new car 5 weeks prior to ending up at Dentco. We were at the car wash and my husband decided to use the scrub brush as he felt that it was the best way to remove dirt and grime. It ended up leaving and scratch that was 2 1/2 inches in length. I was heartbroken as this occurred after just 5 weeks of ownership. We ended up searching for scratch repair centers via the Yelp app. I messaged the day before Labor Day and Brian (at Dentco) actually responded to my email on a Sunday afternoon. He advised us to bring the vehicle by so that he could assess the damage. So my husband drove my car over to Dentco while I was at work. I was expecting the worst as I felt like the scratch was deep. Brian gave us 2 options: see if he can work with it and try to buff it out or repaint the door. We opted to let them take it to the back to see what they could do. Apparently, Lexus has excellent quality paint, so it was an easy fix. When they brought the car back, you could not see or feel where the scratch once was. I thought that we would spend a significant amount of money trying to get this done as well. The services ended up being performed at a reasonable price. Then, we noticed that they had a promotional price on ceramic coating. I had been quoted between $1,200 to $1,400 elsewhere. So, I never had it done to my other car. Dentco was offering the service for $395, which is beyond reasonable. So we dropped the vehicle off and left it overnight at their shop, I received a text the next morning stating that I could pick the vehicle up after 11:30. When we arrived, they drove the vehicle around to the front of the shop so that we could check it out. It looked brand new again, like I had just purchased the vehicle. I was impressed with how nice the car looked. While at their shop, we noticed that they didn't just offer scratch repair and ceramic coating. They also provide solutions for door dings and larger dents. Given the size of the parking spaces nowadays and that cars are much wider than they used to be, door dings are inevitable. I usually go to a shop in Huntington Beach to repair door dings, but now I have an option that is much closer to home. Dentco is a car owner's best friend. They perform quality work and stand behind their product/workmanship. I really appreciate Brian's quick responses to my emails and thorough explanations of the results that we should see once the services have been performed. I don't want to become a frequent visitor at Dentco, BUT if my car has any other cosmetic issues that I'd like to have addressed, I will be emailing Brian right away and will make an appointment to keep my vehicle looking great once again!

Saved us a bunch of money. Bumper was scratched and needed repair. Some other places were quick to quote us but glad we drove in for an estimate here. Took care of us immediately and bumper looks like new now. Thanks

Dentco is a small mom and pop style body shop in the South Orange County area. They fixed two doors and some bumper work on my car after it was hit being parked overnight in a residential neighborhood. I was lucky that the person who hit my car was responsible and left a phone number for contact. I received a quote for a private party cost from a separate local body shop that my family has used in the past and it was over $4600 with them keeping it cheap and noninsurance. The second place we took the car was Dentco and their quote was $2300. It took a month to get all of the costs sorted out with my private party and an additional couple of weeks due to scheduling, but Dentco honored the original quote. I had to go into the store and pay the down payment to replace one door and schedule a date to bring in my car. One of the negatives is I would've done this sooner but the small size of the business means no designated front desk staff and very difficult to communicate via telephone or text message. Text message seems to be the best in the long run if needed. Dentco's repair work was excellent. They took 4 days, which was one day longer than expected. However, my car is a limited addition and had additional electrical work they had to do on the door. The repair is perfect. Everything electrical works perfectly and the paint job and dent work is seamless. As a mom and pop style shop you're not going to get a super fancy car wash and they're going to do a very basic vacuum and tidy of the inside of the car after the repairs - mine still had some interior dust, etc. So if you are looking for high-level customer service with a wax and polish finish, this is not for you. For me it was perfect for the price and I will be sending friends and family to the shop if they need repairs in the future. Dentco was quick, honest, polite, and very affordable. I am very pleased with my repair.

I have a 2016 BMW that someone rear ended and dented the trunk lid pretty bad. Dentco did a solid job without me having to take the car to an auto body shop for twice the cost. Brian is very professional and great to work with. I would have no second thoughts on going back for any other scratches or dent repairs on my cars. They're quick to respond and expectations are set properly from the start.

Repair of a big dent and cracks in the paint of the hood of my car. I had an incredibly high quote from a very reputable collision repair business, they said I need a whole new hood which was going to cost several thousand dollars!! I was stunned. I brought it to Dentco and Brian was so nice and assured me that it could be repaired to look like new for approximately $700 and Jeff who is the technician definitely delivered a perfect job! I typically don't write reviews unless I'm very impressed. I just had my Ford Escape fixed at Dentco and I'm very happy with the work they did. They got it done quick, charged a super fair price (over 60% lower than the ford dealer quoted me), and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Bryan and his crew just do honest, quality work was very refreshing. I I've found it hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, but these guys nailed it. If you need a reliable shop that won't overcharge you, this is the place. Definitely coming back next time I need work done! read more

Brian and his associate Jeff were superlative and I couldn't be happier with the final result! When I arrived, while Brian examined the damage Jeff very astutely wiped off the paint scrape which assuaged my anxiety regarding the situation. Not only did they restore the car to its original condition, but they did it in a timely manner even after they discovered the damage to be more significant than initially thought. Extremely happy with the service and final product I received from Dentco. I was quoted a replacement total of 10K from Tesla Collision Department. Telsa's Collision department didn't even entertain a repair option wanted me to immediately go through my insurance for the damage. Dentco was honest with the expectation and the final result was I couldn't even tell someone had back into my car. The cost was 20% of what Tesla's Collision Department wanted to charge me and the paint match and repair was perfect. Knowledgable, honest and does what is best for the customer. I am small business owner and I can tell they care first about the quality of product you will receive. read more

Dont usually leave bad reviews but this is just downright ridiculous. Payed two have tow dents removed, one on the left and one on the right. And a small area buffed. They did one side didnt do the other. They buffed it all right, burned right through everything. So no, I dont recommend. read more

Where do I start! From start to finish, we had excellent results. Wish I had the "before" pictures to show you. It's amazing "artwork" how flawless and perfect the cars look again. From when I first came in, Brian was so confident and sure that my cars would be beautiful again, that I felt at ease leaving my cars with him. And how true it was. With a different company, the "estimator," i.e., not the owner, had varied "options" on what may or may not need to be done. After being hit by a wayward driver at slow speeds, the crumpling was still significant. I was very concerned with the other body shop estimates that I could be facing 1-2 weeks downtime without a car, and significant expense to get it repaired. I saw the great reviews on Yelp so I figured - let's have one more try to see if I could get a reasonable estimate and repair timetable. I spoke with Brian and immediately felt like I was in good hands. He told me the repair could be done in the same day, and the cost quoted (and delivered!) was significantly less than other shops. In many cases, the other repair shops wanted me to replace the whole door. It's hard to believe I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the business day and Voila! it looks like new. I'm going to be a customer for life and won't hesitate to recommend their services. read more

Brian and his staff did an amazing job! I was so pissed after putting a dent and scratch into my brand new car when pulling into my garage. Every day I drove my new car, I just kept thinking about it; but I also kept thinking about how much time and money it would cost to have it repaired! Brian's shop was a bit far from me, and I was hoping for a mobile shop. However, after Brian personally responding to me by email so quickly (and with such a down-to-earth attitude); I decided to drive the 20 min. for the estimate. We had a great conversation in person, he provided a nice estimate, and even made an effort to make arrangements with my situtation in regards to picking up my vehicle outside of business hours. I wasn't concerned about the work being done, but I was hesitant about paying and picking up the vehicle without going over everything first. But that's the situation I put myself in, and Brian seemed like a trustworthy guy. As you can see from the pictures, it literally looks as if nothing ever happened. It's as clean as if I just picked it up from the store without the bodyshop price. I am definitely glad I met Brian, and Dentco took that crappy feeling I had lingering every day I drove my car with that dent/scratch on there. read more

I have a new Toyota Venza that I got in 2021. It was in perfect condition until a woman door dinged my front fender. Ugh. The first estimate I got was for $1500 from a collision shop. I was completely shocked and thought this estimate was completely ridiculous. The second estimate I got was for $800 from another collision shop. Again, while this was better it just seemed overpriced for something so minor. I even thought about just leaving the minor dent, but I knew it would drive me crazy. That's when I found Dentco online and went down to get an estimate from Brian. It was so much more reasonably priced and he did a great job repairing it. Now, my car is dent free again. :) Also, while I was there, I noticed that there were a couple other cars that were brought in that had some major dents in the door and fenders...I had no idea that those types of dents could be easily removed without going to a collision shop. Hopefully, I won't get any more dents in my car, but if I do...I'm bypassing the pricey collision shops and going straight to Dentco. And will recommend all my friends to them. read more

Dentco Dent & Scratch Repair does excellent, affordable, work. I bashed the crown of my 2002 Road King Shrine Edition front fender by hanging the angel bell I'd been gifted from the lower triple tree clamp. It was a terrible choice of placement on my part because things got really ugly as soon as we crossed over the first driveway apron. I called around and sent pictures to a number of paintless dent repair persons, all said it was "too deep" or "too sharp" to repair. I found Dentco Dent & Scratch Repair on Yelp. I made contact with Brian, explained what I'd done and sent the photos as evidence. I brought the bike in to show Brian my abilities at making dents, he took the job. I've attached the before and after photos that I took (identified by text labels) to show the level of craftsmanship Brian has at removing dents. I'm me, so I'll probably be back again with some other calamity of my own making. Ever grateful knowing Brian has the skills to make it look like I wasn't there. read more

Brian and Dentco were fantastic in repairing a dent in a 2019 Honda Passport. He was super-fast in responding to my initial inquiry, the estimate was simple and straightforward (all through text with some video and photos). The repair is pretty amazing, I can't really see any evidence that there was a dent before! Brian was communicative, fast and made the whole process really easy. And the cost was drastically less than a body shop and done in half the time it would have taken. Hugely satisfied customer! read more

I own a 1987 Mercedes Benz 300SDL. Many years ago the car was in an accident and a Mercedes dealer did the repairs. While taking the car to wash before delivering it to me, the dealer damaged the right front door. Forward to present; the repaired door was close to rusting through. I took the car to Dentco and got a fair estimate from Brian. I brought the car to them early last week. The repair was done in 3 days. I cannot believe how well the repair was done. The paint is a perfect match and I cannot see any wavy patterns. It is an absolutely perfect repair. Dentco is my goto place should I require a future repair. Thank guys. read more

Wonderful, professional business. I came in with a 3 big scratches/dents on my car as a result of my friend knicking an outdoor dumpster. Back in the early 1990's i discovered Paintless Dent repair, which saved auto dealers and customers alot of time and money over conventional autobody. After several years we met alot of customers who wanted a better way to repair minor scratches and paint issues, which led us to develop a smart repair system which allows speedy, cost effective repairs in a fraction of the time and cost of old school bodyshops.

He sent Thomas out to work on my car, and Thomas was great -- super friendly, professional, and even texted me on the day of the appointment saying he could come earlier if I wanted. After hearing what happened, he even expressed sympathy and hoped next time someone would actually take responsibility. Thomas finished everything in about an hour and a half, and the result was basically perfect. He even offered me a lower price than the original quote because the repair went smoothly. The only thing I wasn't fully happy with was David's communication -- it would be nice if he spent a bit more time interacting with customers. Especially when the car is only a few months old. After it happened, I did what any overly confident dad would do: I went on Amazon and started looking at DIY dent repair kits. For about 10 minutes I was convinced I could absolutely fix this myself. Then reality kicked in. I pictured myself somehow breaking a window, making the dent worse, and turning a small problem into a very expensive life lesson. At that point, my wife practically bowed down and praised my wisdom for *not* attempting the repair. Lol. So I hopped on Yelp and requested a few estimates through the app. Proper PDR was one of the first to respond. Within minutes I had a quote and an appointment scheduled for the following week. Thomas from Proper PDR showed up right on time--actually a little early--and even texted ahead to ask if that was okay. Being early? That's always okay. He greeted me like a true professional and walked me through exactly what he was going to do. He also seemed pretty confident he could get the dent out, which was reassuring considering my backup plan was... well... nothing. About 45 minutes later the dent was completely gone. The car looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. I paid the agreed price, sent the "after" photos to my wife, and enjoyed the rest of the day knowing I had saved the day without touching a single tool. Proof that sometimes the smartest DIY decision... is not doing it yourself. Dads really are the superheroes of the family. I had an accident that caused significant damage to the driver's side door, with lesser damage to the rear door (per photo) - and, of course, this occurred shortly after I dropped collision insurance as the G35 is an old vehicle and starting to show its age, including old bumper damage and an annoying rust spot. So that is the backstory. I got several recommendations, and when I was driving to one, Art's shop popped up in my app - and I headed there to get a quote. This was an early stop, and I filed it away but noted Art's conversation with another potential client that impressed me re: non-OEM part replacement. After gathering ~ 5 quotes - including driving North hoping for lower rates, I was despondent. The repairs were going to cost more than was rational - and I have a wife. But Art's quote was close to doable, perhaps if I also had some of the legacy issues fixed I could rationalize spending the money on my old friend? And that is what we did - Art modified the quote to include several items that made her look better than before the accident! Oh, when I first got her back, a piece of trim was still in need of repair; Art scoured the earth and purchased the scarce part on his dime (well, it was actually pricey for him) and installed it while I waited on a quick return visit - no charge to me. Again, so rare to have a good experience these days, so sorry for all the text but Art deserved it for saving my fair lady!

First after replacing a few spark plugs and Ignition coils that burned out repeatedly - and was not the actual problem (took car home and it was shaking violently the next day again) Tim told Me ' you need to see an ECU specialist ( cars computer) and actually recommended me to one company that were specialists. As I was on my way to tow the car to the specialist, Tim called me back and said 'hey, guess what - it's the ECU( um, we already knew this and you said I need to go somewhere else for am ECU specialist). Tim said he had the last ECU new computer in the U.S. on hold. Tim, who said they don't do this type of work just the day before said "It will cost $3350 and we can program it too." Ok. Weird. Just before this conversation with Tim, I talked to 4 ECU Specialists in the area. Only one thought they could fix it and they would only charge $1150 for Parts, labor and programming. Tim suddenly decided they could do it. He can lie with a big smile on his face, sadly. And his boss didn't listen to what actually happened - he interrupted me and was really aggressive. He shut me down saying 'I was going to remove the ignition coils and give you a small, partial refund - but now I won't." Big man..."ladies, beware of these crooked mechanics." Seriously, I would never let these men touch my car ever again. If you want to be drastically overcharged and lied to - and not refunded when they misdiagnose the problem - run! Don't walk away from 'Sh*tty, Service' - oops, I mean 'Super' Service' - what a horrible and stressful experience. These people only care about one thing. Ripping you off. I have filed a BAR report on them. Hopefully they don't get away with fake repairs...I had a previous bad experience with Tim also - he tricked me into signing a doc that they would charge me $150 for diagnostics on the Engine light. There was a host of 'problems amounting to thousands of dollars. I left and got a second opinion. None of those issues were actually wrong with my car. And he wouldn't apply that $150 to my Repairs as promised. He took that money and didn't actually repair a thing. Very salesy 'fake friendly'. Watch out!! I hope businesses like this are quickly replaced by integrity-based, service oriented companies who stand by their word. Please don't let them rip you off too.

I have a black SUV and got a nice long scratch on the door. I would drive by Dentco on Cabot Road every time I went to the nearby Costco. There was a van parked that advertised for dent and scratch removal. I always wondered how good of a... Finally, I went to check with Dentco and see what they could do. I was immediately impressed with Brian's professional attitude and his genuine customer interest. He explained the process and gave me an estimate that was much lower than I expected. (not complaining though). I dropped off the vehicle and picked it up a few hours later. I was just stunned by the results. You could never tell where the scratch was and that was hard to believe since this was gloss black. I just can't say enough positive comments about what an incredible job Brian did plus he truly is a nice guy. I want to support these types of businesses. We took my wife's car in the next week to get some door dings and a couple of smaller scratches removed as well. Again, we just couldn't be happier with the results. To say I'm particular about the cars I own is an understatement. I don't even let anyone else wash or wax my cars. I have my own stash of products from Chemical Guys (amazing), special towels, clay bars, you name it. So when this woman ran into the back of my car simply because she was not paying attention...well you know. My car had a big rear driver door scratch and also dent (crease). When I showed up Brian fixed the scratch with the solution he had rubbed out the scratch and then gave me the best quote I got from any body in the area. Not only that he massaged the crease or dent out instead of molding and repainting and ruining my factory paint. Right before Thanksgiving, a work truck backed into by beautiful red Lexus, completely puncturing a hole into the lift gate and then fleeing. Brian repaired my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. Had a large dent on passenger side door caused by a run in with a parking garage pillar. Several mobile dent companies wouldn't take the job.
