I can't say enough great things about my experience with Art's business. Without Art, I feel my 2003 G35 would no longer be with us. I had an accident that caused significant damage to the driver's side door, with lesser damage to the rear door (per photo) - and, of course, this occurred shortly after I dropped collision insurance as the G35 is an old vehicle and starting to show its age, including old bumper damage and an annoying rust spot. So that is the backstory. I got several recommendations, and when I was driving to one, Art's shop popped up in my app - and I headed there to get a quote. This was an early stop, and I filed it away but noted Art's conversation with another potential client that impressed me re: non-OEM part replacement. After gathering ~ 5 quotes - including driving North hoping for lower rates, I was despondent. The repairs were going to cost more than was rational - and I have a wife. But Art's quote was close to doable, perhaps if I also had some of the legacy issues fixed I could rationalize spending the money on my old friend? And that is what we did - Art modified the quote to include several items that made her look better than before the accident! Oh, when I first got her back, a piece of trim was still in need of repair; Art scoured the earth and purchased the scarce part on his dime (well, it was actually pricey for him) and installed it while I waited on a quick return visit - no charge to me. My annual (but semi annual this time) visit to Art and his son, Art Jr at Advanced Auto was epic! It was totally flawless from beginning to end. Both of them were outstanding to work with! I highly recommend advanced auto refinishing I dropped off my car 2/6/2023 due to a fender bender. I'm so lucky I found these guys! There right next to where I get my car serviced. They said they take all there body work there! I had the front end smashed on my new Lincoln and I really was concerned about the integrity of the work being it was a new car. They made sure every last park was OEM and wouldn't accept anything but with my insurance adjuster. Which it's half the battle! So unfortunately I had to take my second car into Advanced Auto for hood damage that occurred when a branch fell onto the hood. I went with my insurance coverage and Advanced really helped with the process. I had gotten 3 estimates for the repair and two of the three (including Advanced) said that the hood had to be replaced and not repaired. Even with replacing the hood, Advanced was the least expensive. Of course Advanced did an outstanding job. During the process my insurance company only ok'd a repair of the hood, Advanced told them no and they ok'd a refurbished one. Advanced ordered a new one and did not charge any more!! I took my car in over a month ago due to needing a window replaced because my car was broken into. This place was recommended from my car insurance which I had never been to do any repairs or knew anyone who had. Initially the father Art was very kind and accommodating his son was also very kind and receptive as I had to go back because the window I got replaced was rubbing due to glass still being in the interior of my door. He said it would take only half an hour and took over two hours. As I was leaving I looked right and the interior to my door was all scratched up from them having to take the door apart. Once I showed Arthur, he apologized, took pictures, and then said he needed to order a full new interior door panel. This meant waiting another week for the part to come in and then for the repair to be done, when I spoke to the father Art I said every time I've gotten my car back it's been dirtier on the inside. He apologized and said we will make sure it is clean when we drop off your car after the repair. once I got my car back, there was grease on the passenger seat and all over the back of the seat. Both floorboard mats were covered in white dust, and there were marks all over my door, which appeared to be dust. I called back and told Art the status of my car and had taken pictures to prove it. I had spoken to his son in which he said go ahead and get it detailed bring the receipt in and we'll pay for it. He also apologized for not checking the work once it was completed. When I went to get reimbursement, the son complained about the cost and questioned if I needed the full detail and asked for pictures to prove it he then tried to argue saying that the car was not dirtied by them. What could have ended more pleasantly ended with an argument in the lobby where the son was questioning even the receipt I was giving him. This experience ended awful I would've never thought it would have taken over a month to get a new window which then led to multiple issues. All of this could have been prevented if they had checked their work prior to returning the car. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend the hassle. Attempted to set up a regular car wash schedule for my company and staff. As I was explaining myself and what I do the man that answered the phone rudely cut me off and said. " I'm busy right now I can't talk to you" They lost my business before I even went there, I'm sure they're great! Great Customer Service and most importantly my car was fixed to satisfaction. They got rid of dents and scratches and left my paint looking clean. I went to multiple shops in Mission Viejo and San Juan and was told I'd be waiting up to two weeks for my car to be completed.
