She and her awesome assistant Missi put me at ease immediately. They and the entire office staff are genuinely kind people who care about people and you feel that the minute you walk in. I have been in for procedures as well as rechecks and they are all just as helpful, caring, and accommodating whether it's a Monday morning or later in the week. Doctor Baker seems to embrace new technology and procedure changes and adjustments as they come along. I have never gotten the vibe of that old school, resistant to change atmosphere I have found in other offices. As procedures are done, Dr. Baker explains what she is doing and is continuously conscious of my comfort level. Her assistant, Missi knows her stuff and the two of them work perfectly together. Missi is very attentive and concerned about discomfort as well. Even my chapped lips were tended too while I was there. I was also offered a blanket before my procedure. I have always left there with all my questions answered and complete instructions for my aftercare, prescriptions, and a realistic expectation of upcoming pain levels and duration. I also have the Dr.'s cell phone in case I have any issues. I would prefer to not have dental work done at all, but since that's not an option I feel blessed to have found them. This is a great doctor with an awesome staff.. right down to scheduling, payment processing, and acknowledgement of your arrival and departure. If I could I would give them more stars. Who knew I could ever give a great review to someone cutting into my gums!!

They obviously don't care about patients and don't know good customer service, and Alex, dental assistant has the worst ill manners. I took my parents to this office due to referral from my general dentist. The first consult, parents got oral X-ray. My dad kept saying the bite-wings hurt him. He said that the plastic cover for X-ray device has sharp corner cut his gum, hence, it hurt him. I told Alex a couple of time that my dad said it was painful. She immediately asked me " do you do X-Ray?" . It doesn't matter who I am and if I do X-Ray or not, you are hurting my dad and he is complaining about it. My mom had the same complaint when X-Ray was done because the plastic cover was so sharp. Today, after the oral surgery, she tried to put the gauze that she placed on a dirty table to my dad's gum. I told her that , then she said " let me do my job. You put the gauze on the table" . I caught her using the dirty gauze but she said it was me and upset . The front desk are rude and unas hell. They will put you on hold then hang up. You will call back and go to voicemails. The office manager needs to do better job on hiring good staffs and then know how to train their employees well. I definitely will tell my general dentist not to refer any patients to this place. And I don't want to come back to this place.

I've been a patient here for around six years. They accept many forms of insurance but not Medicaid. They also accept Care Credit as payment. I had all four wisdom teeth removed a few years ago. They made the experience as comfortable as possible. I was given numbing shots in my gums and nitrous gas to sleep. I woke up a few times, said some really stupid things, and went back to sleep. I felt absolutely no pain, even when I was conscious. They provided me with plenty of painkillers afterwards and instructed me on how to take care of my mouth while healing. I just had a brand new retainer made by Dr. Lofters. It fits well. He taught me how to take care of it so it doesn't get scratched or stained. These people are the real deal!

He was professional and very informative. After undergoing a few surgeries of bone and gum grafts, my front tooth looks realistic and great. My wife had a female and she was gentle. That's not the problem. The problem is the upselling. We got in with their $59 first time client cleaning and examine. Great deal! But I also assumed upselling was in order because of the sale and I've had many dealings with Korean businesses. I'm Korean BTW. Then, he proceeded to begin setting up for a deep clean without asking me first. He simply stated I needed it and assumed I would agree. I stopped him and asked the price difference and he said it was substantial. I told him to do a regular cleaning and he seemed a little disappointed but he did. I know my wife has some dental needs but they told her she needed $3000 in work. Maybe. But I didn't feel 100% comfy with that diagnosis because of the way they went about it with me. The office is set up nice. The waiting area is huge with plenty of couches, TV, tons of magazines, and even a full body massage chair! But some lady put hair grease all over the headrest so I didn't use it. Yuck. The receptionist was friendly and the employees were helpful. Their gift package had some good stuff in it as well. But the assumed acceptance of the upselling was annoying and didn't settle well with me. It makes the client feel uncomfortable.

I was referred to this practice thru my attorney for dental treatment due to a car accident, damaging my current Marilyn bridge. Mind you - I have the EXACT SAME BRIDGE ON THE OTHER SIDE that has been intact for over 20 years. Since DR. Grady himself and his team have "replaced" my damaged Marilyn bridge, the replacement has fallen out at least 8 or more times since 2019. Dr. Grady refuses to compensate or reimburse me for anything and collected thousands of dollars for this work!!! Let's also mention how overpriced this was!! He says because payment was made indirectly, even though it came out of my settlement, he would be unable to reimburse me. He has only offered to do further dental work and try a regular bridge option on my mouth for "almost" free (not including the $300-400 lab charges) to "resolve the issue". Now why would anyone in their right mind want to use this practice again to further do any dental work/damage to their teeth????? I've been so so so patient with this practice and they're not trying to make this right. Now I have further damage to two previously healthy teeth that were intact next to the replacement tooth and have extreme teeth sensitivity to the affected teeth! Yes, you heard me correctly NO PAIN and I was only on local anesthesia. I went in scared, nervous, and embarrassed about the state my teeth were in b/c I avoided going to a dentist for years. Dr. Butler calmed me, made me comfortable, told a few jokes(good ones at that!) and gently performed the procedure. I have referred my family, friends, and absolute strangers (when overhearing they have tooth issues) to Dr. Butler. I only wish he could be my general dentist.
